You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

You will have access to beautiful walking routes, including the Thames Path, with Oxford city centre only 10 miles away with direct bus routes in walking distance from the Studio. A self contained studio space, with private parking and modern features.

This is a charming, open plan, self-contained studio in a quiet location in a beautiful Oxfordshire village. It boasts a work station, furnished with ultrafast 300mb/s broadband, a table with 2 chairs, a home cinema (with screen and projector including Netflix and SMART TV), bluetooth HiFi and an exceptionally cosy loft double bed, plus modern kitchenette, bathroom and living area with two-seater sofa. An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Studio House

This incredible modernist studio in Oxfordshire was initially designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Philip Dowson of Ove Arup and Associates. This studio belonged to the sculptor Franta Belsky, known for creating large-scale abstract public art and iconic statues and busts of notable 20th-century figures, including Winston Churchill and members of the British Royal Family. Many of his original works are still housed in the studio.
