It is located barely 200 meters from Morjim Beach, known as nesting and hatching habitat of fabled Olive Ridley sea turtles and golden sands. It is situated (150 meters) on the northern bank of the Chapora river estuary. One can either walk leisurely along the windy Chapora river on one side or stroll directly to get to the beach for breathtaking views.

Car parking is about 900 meters from the property and is paid parking. You can have a bike or activa on rent at the property with reasonable charges.
