Estuvimos poco tiempo, pero lo recomiendo. Limpio, ordenado, … una estancia muy agradable. Óscar estuvo muy atento en todo momento. Muchas gracias.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les photos sur le site correspondent à la réalité . Le Propriétaire a été super réactif à mes questions et flexible à mes demandes. Tout était propre. Je recommande ce lieu qui nous a permis de passer un moment extraordinaire entre amis. Pour visiter Madrid bus métro et ubers

Wat een paradijs! Volop rust, heerlijk om 's ochtends zoveel vogels te horen, prachtig huis. De kinderen genoten van het zwembad, ondanks het frisse weer. We konden uitstappen naar El Escorial, Madrid, Segovia en Avila. Perfecte communicatie. Echt, alles was top!

Una persona encantadora, siempre pendiente y buscando soluciones para todo. Incluso nos hizo un pedido de hinchables de piscina cuando le preguntamos si tenía y nos llegaron al día siguiente. La casa preciosa y bastante limpia. Nos dio facilidad para la entrada a la casa. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. No tengo nada malo que decir

Perfecto para una escapada con familia y/o amigos. Urbanización tranquila a pocos minutos en coche de Guadarrama. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Las fotos y la descripción no engañan.

Casa espectacular. Fuiimos 15 amigos con parejas y todo estaba tal y como describe Monika. Facil el acceso. La estacion para ir a madrid a 10 minuntos. Conclusion recomendable 100% volveremos sin duda.

Raquel ist ein sehr offener und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat alles detailliert beschrieben, sodass wir uns schnell zurechtgefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und praktisch durchdacht – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Raquel für die leckere Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung – sie war perfekt nach unserer langen Fahrt!

Virginia was a very warm, responsive and flexible host. The flat is very nice with some beautiful art inside. The location is also close to the local metro station. We had a lovely time staying at Virginia's place and if we return to Madrid would definitely stay there again.

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Miguel’s place. It’s about a 30 min walk to the very centre but that was perfect for us as it was a gorgeous walk and meant the restaurants and cafes were much better value in the area. There were even 2 great cafes and restaurants doors away from the apartment and Miguel could not have been more responsive and accommodating

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

We had a great stay at the house! It was clean and spacious. The host was great—very communicative and provided good service throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. One issue we experienced was that the pool was dirty when we arrived. The weather was so hot and we had been flying all day so everything we talked about on the flight was how we really looked forward diving into the pool upon arrival! But was unable to do so! We had to ask Raquel to arrange a pool cleaner, which she did promptly, but it took a full day before the pool was usable again. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe—great for families. It’s also located close to the airport. However, the city is about 25 minutes away by taxi, which was a bit far for us, and there aren’t any supermarkets in the immediate area nor resraurants or shops. The neighborhood is also quite new so it lacks a bit of character for my taste. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and top communication with host!

Ya habíamos estamos nos encantó y hemos vuelto. Seguiremos volviendo siempre que tengamos ocasión. Todo fenomenal, el apartamento, el espacio, los alrededores, la atención...

Francisco est réactif et les informations correspondent à la réalité. Le logement était propre. Une seule remarque à propos du parking gratuit sur place. Il n’est pas privé. En fait, on se parque dans le quartier où il y a beaucoup de places gratuites. Il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité et cela est bien pratique.

La casa está muy bien. Todo nuevo. Las camas cómodas. La cocina muy bien, con todo lo necesario. Un 10 para la mesa grande del salón Lo único que añadiría es una celosía a las ventanas del salon. Ganaría mucha intimidad.

Wir haben uns bei Rosario unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt und so die genaue Wegbeschreibung erhalten: mit der Metro in Madrid überhaupt kein Problem!!! Die Lage ist angenehm und ruhig. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe garantieren eine Versorgung mit allem. Das Haus selbst ist WUNDERVOLL!!! Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war perfekt ausgestattet! Vom Duschgel über Bodylotion und Zahnpasta (und -bürsten), eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit ALLEM, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung Getränke, Butter, Marmelade, Milch, Schinken (im Kühlschrank) und Küchlein und Gebäck (inkl. jede Menge Kaffeekapseln); Gewürze, Oliven, Thunfisch … ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen! Ausflugstipps und eine Kurzanleitung für alle Geräte im Haus sowie ein Plan der Metro! Alles da! Der Kontakt bei Fragen war immer blitzschnell und super sympathisch! Vielen lieben Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!!!

This is a nice and spacious townhome in a quaint town south of Madrid. The parking garage and parking space provided are amazing and very spacious. The neighbors are friendly and our kids enjoyed playing soccer with the kids in the complex. There are some amazing running trials 5 minutes from the house that go around farms and ranches. There is a great Indian restaurant just down the street that we liked.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

Todo según el anuncio, como en casa y además nos dejó para desayunar leche café, Colacao, pan, mantequilla y mermelada. Todo impecable, por poner una pega por la noche se escuchaba el agua de la calefacción en los radiadores

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce logement, c'était agréable, le parking est disponible juste devant la maison qui se trouve dans une impasse, c'est un duplex, on y trouve tout dont on a besoin même un lave vaisselle, mais malheureusement pas de cafetière à capsules, juste une cafetière traditionnelle. tout le reste est parfait. Basyar répondait rapidement à tout nous message malgré qu'elle était en voyage. Merci beaucoup Dakota Basyar.

Una casa súper bonita, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de desconexión. Adriana es encantadora y La casa es mejor que en las fotos! La recomendamos muchísimo y repetiremos sin duda.
