Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Farmhouse at Brookdale Farms- a private, refuge

This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Studio on Standard is located in downtown Hornell on a quite and private road. Alstom 1.5 mi, Alfred U and College 11 mi and Keuka Lake/wineries 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs in Hornell are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outdoor stairs). S on S offers a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom with a stand up shower. This unit carries an animal exemption.

We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
