We had a great stay. The unit is in a terrific location, approximately 5-10 minute walk to the Ballston metro. It was clean upon arrival, and the beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely loved the vibe of this eclectic place! The beds were very comfy and the view of the park was also peaceful. Easy drive to Shirlington with so many amazing restaurants and bars. Felt at home with the Nespresso! Our hosts were very responsive with answers to our questions! Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 12 and 16 year old daughters. There was plenty of space and the unit is much bigger than it appears in the photos. Everything was modern and the kitchen area was stocked with many keurig cups and a few snacks which was appreciated. The three bedrooms were comfortable. The washer and dryer are large and in a separate 1/2 bathroom. There are reserved parking spots for the building but sometimes people do not park well. It was a short walk to a Chinese take out and a pizza parlor. The apartment was very clean and had enough cleaning supplies and extra paper goods available. The heat and air conditioning also worked well. The only negative is that the unit above seems to be a rental and there is a lot of noise when people walk or dogs bark or chairs are moved likely because there is limited insulation. If we were ever to come back to the DC area we would be happy to stay at Damon's place again. Convenient to get to the city and a comfortable home.

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with a convenient location. Parking was easy to find, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting D.C.

Location was easy to get to with a big, free parking lot. Unit was laid out well with plenty of space and lots of closets. Very comfortable for 3 adult women (mother and 2 daughters) for 10 days. Lots of windows with one in kitchen. Restaurants, stores and trail within walking distance. Two parks, one across the street and one a couple of blocks away with Pickle Ball courts. Beautiful neighborhood to walk with really good hill action. Close to 4 Mile Run Creek Trail. Close to shopping center with a Target and other stores. We had a very nice time and would stay there again.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in DMV in this place because it’s very cozy and looks like the picture. Will definitely come back if we travel to DMV again next time!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

A great stay! I felt right at home at Bens place and there were grocery stores and good restaurants nearby. It was also a quick 14 minute walk to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Overall, a super comfortable space with everything you'd need for a DC stay in a trendy neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Our trip was nothing short of amazing! Our first time in DC and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. George was an amazing helpful host. We even left a few items behind and he reached out to see if we would like them shipped! Absolutely would recommend his place to anyone! Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better; right in the heart of everything, with several great restaurants, shops, and activities just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Kenny, the host, was fantastic. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions quickly. It made a difference knowing we had such a responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful experience overall and are already looking forward to coming back to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.
