Very cute, clean and quiet. Less expensive than a hotel and free parking. Towels were soft, bed was comfy. I did think that there was another bed, but I was mistaken and 3rd person slept on the couch. Loved the coffee and cream.

This place was perfect for my family’s first trip to Washington DC. If you need a place in a great area and convenient to transportation, food, attractions, this is your spot. Crystal was a great host! She quickly responded to any questions, made awesome recommendations and made the entire process very easy.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

This place was perfect - we went into the city one day, and it was cozy. She left us snacks and homemade banana bread. It was the perfect place and parking was super easy. Would definitely stay at again!

Nice place, good for a couple, a residential area of DC east of the Capital, very walkable and quiet. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, and noise from host upstairs very intermittent and not a problem. Would stay again.

Cari’s place was great, English basement so limited natural light but didn’t really matter since we were out and about all day and the place is very cosy and clean! Great location due to being close to the metro and Cari was a responsive and helpful host! Thank you Cari!

I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises. I really enjoyed it and it was extremely convenient. To help make your stay enjoyable as well, please read the description and communicate with the host to ask any questions. Know that there is no blackout blind in the bedroom. Also there is a mechanical or maybe water sound that has a low, constant drone near the bedroom. At the time of my stay, the young person of the house seemed to be up around 7:30ish and down at night around 7ish. Be prepared to get your feet wet if dew or rain as you have to walk through grass to get to the back of the house. Hope this helps.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and everything was well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again!

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

We had a wonderful time at Serena's place! The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to various restaurants, shops, and the metro. Serena is a super kind host, and we appreciated the small things she provided to welcome us to her home (chocolates on the nightstand, snacks in the kitchen, slippers, etc.). You can tell Serena's place is well-loved, but everything is cleaned thoroughly prior to each stay (including the shower curtains). The bed was a little too soft for me (a memory foam mattress that dipped a little bit in the middle), but my sister loved it. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and would 100% return!

This charming AirBnB is close to entertainment, restaurants, sight seeing and Metro. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, and made my dad (the guest) feel right at home. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We were in town for a show at the 9:30 Club & Michael’s place was the perfect spot. It was walkable to the club as well as many restaurants and breweries. Michael provided clear and easy to follow instructions for check in & the place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend this spot and we will definitely stay there again!

Dana was a responsive and friendly host who was flexible and helpful throughout our stay. I loved her basement suite and felt very safe. The king bed and linens were comfortable. The space was clean and spacious. Dana was thoughtful in the amenities she offered. Such a pretty private courtyard. Peaceful and lovely neighborhood. So easy to walk to great food and drinks from the rental. I highly recommend her place and look forward to returning!

Jake was a great host and his place was perfect for our needs! Private quiet and easy to get to downtown. The beds were amazingly comfortable. And the space was well stocked with essentials. Thank you so much Jake!!

This Airbnb worked great for me and my two kids (10 and 6 y.o.). The beds and baths were just as described and the beds were very comfy. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it’s available for the full bath. The day bed was comfy for watching TV. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and easy dinners. Hosts were very nice and responsive to our questions about the electronics. Location is walkable to M St, but still in a very quiet part of the neighborhood. Proximity to the playground/park is ideal and small grocery within steps of the apartment.

The location of this home was perfect for our needs and not far from the Metro which allowed us access to many parts of the city. It was clean and well appointed and the host was very good at communicating and responding to any of our needs which were minimal. We will definitely choose this location again in the future.

Spent a few days exploring DC with a friend and this was a perfect plane to stay! It was very clean, cozy and inviting. We loved the small extra touches of the sound machine and a shower stocked with the necessities. It was in a great location—quiet but very walkable. We would definitely stay again!

Lucie's basement apartment was so clean & comfortable. I was very impressed, great safe location close to everything DC has to offer so many resturants & shops. Lucie is a super host very nice & responsive. Lucie gave a lot of great recommendations for restuarants & things to do nearby. i would 100% stay again at any of Lucie"s property's.when I return to DC

We stayed at Leonardo’s place while touring colleges in DC. It’s a beautiful, very clean apartment in excellent neighborhood, walkable to Georgetown. Being able to park on a driveway was a huge plus, given the parking rules in DC. Leonardo’s apartment has everything you may need and then some. I would absolutely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay! The place is in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the lovely trail just a couple of blocks away perfect for morning walks and enjoying the outdoors. The home was clean and comfortable, and the host was kind and responsive. I’d definitely love to come back again!
