Solas - refurbished open plan 2 bedroom cottage.

Solas is set off the main road in a private and secluded area. It is situated in the south of Skye on the Sleat peninsula. The cottage is situated 5-10mts north of the ferry terminal at Armadale. It is also about 20mts from the bridge meaning it is easy to explore the north of Scotland as well as Skye itself. Solas is a short drive to shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a 5minute walk to the Torabhaig Distillery. Past the distillery is a lovely walk down to Knock Castle and the beach.

This is an ideal location to stay a night or 2 for exploring the South of the Island or as a stopover for catching the Armadale to Mallaig ferry, just 3 mins drive away. (20 minutes walk). Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Am Bothan (translates from Gaelic as Wee Place) is on a former croft on the Isle of Skye. This is an ideal place for couples or singles wanting simple accommodation in this beautiful part of the island. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine (free to use). WiFi is included. Please note that there is one bed and no space upstairs to sleep on the floor. Charging of Electric Vehicles is NOT permitted
