Ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Gelassenheit brauchen. Das einzige was man beachten muss, bis Yerevan sind es min. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ansonsten eine Super Unterkunft! Sehr sauber, groß, Grill, toller Garten, Pool und und und. Alles was man braucht. Ein wahrer Paradies! Wir haben uns sehr gemütlich bei Karen gefühlt. Ein Riesen Dank an den Gastgeber: immer sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Danke sehr an dieser Stelle an Karen!! Falls wir eine Unterkunft in Armenien brauchen, wir wissen Bescheid!! We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was nicely furnished and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable two-week stay (well equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). The hosts were extremely friendly. Hamlet was always quick to respond and very accommodative. The location is great as well, it's in a quiet neighborhood, at walking distance from the main square. There’re many small supermarkets nearby and a great bakery across the street. All in all, great experience. Would definitely recommend! PS: the fruit graden is amazing (the pomegranates were ripe at the time of our stay, they were delicious)!

Апартаменты в пятиэтажном многоквартирном доме, дом в деловой части города, нам именно это и надо было,так как приезжали по делам.

Расположен рядом с аэропортом 4-6 минут на машине,можно заранее договориться о трансфере,хозяин всё организовал. Апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям,везде очень чисто и красиво,все новое,все есть для приготовления еды,можно заказать на вынос. На любую нашу просьбу хозяин реагировал незамедлительно,один из немногих,где мы были. В шаговой доступности есть 2 небольших магазинчика, чуть дальше 12 минутах магазин Карфур . Это место особенно подходит кто путешествует трансфер,близко к аэропорту,но я думаю до центра минут 20 на транспорте. Спасибо большое, мы обязательно вернемся!!!

The 3 nights I spent here was absolutely fine in every way. Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, kettle, microwave, an extremely handy washing machine, as well as a nice selection of tea bags and coffee sachets. I couldn't fault the shower and toilet? And the living space is well sized with TV that has international channels, an extremely comfy double bed, big wardrobe, and a nice L shaped dining area. Vahe as a host is very responsive! You could call or message him throughout the day during your time in the city if needed. He even booked me a Yan-dex taxi from the airport due to my phone not being able to accept the app? Top host, lovely apartment, very well located!

We made a mistake with our check-in and check-out but Anush helped us, we arrived early but she welcomed us in another room with hot tea and delicious cake until our room got ready. she arranged a free taxi for us from the airport. The house was very clean and had all the amenities. she also gave us a great breakfast the next morning. she is very kind, hospitable and friendly. Definitely recommended.
