Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Im kombinierten Wohnzimmer/Küche befindet sich eine gemütliche Schlafcouch, Smart TV, Essplatz und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Die Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten: Großer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ceranherd, Backofen, normale Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc. sind vorhanden. An kalten Wintertagen schafft der Kamin eine behagliche Atmosphäre.

This apartmant is on the middle floor , it consists of a kitchen with bedroom and a bathroom (studio) . House is located in one of the best area in Bled, just a few minutes from Lake Bled and city center. You live alone in the apartment and its not shared with other guests. Guests can use a shared washing mashine in the house. We offer a self check in option , if your arrival time is unkown or out of check in hours. Guests need to pay turist tax upon arrival (3,13e )

Wir vermieten ein einzigartiges 80m² großes Ferienhaus mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern für insgesamt 5 Personen, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einer Terrasse, einem Bad und einem Wohnzimmer. Die Mitbenützung vom unserem großen Garten & Pool (nicht eingezäunt, Aufsichtspflicht für Kinder) ist jederzeit möglich. Wir haben eine super Lage nähe Italien/Slowenien, der Stadt Villach, vielen Seen, Bergen und Skigebieten. Hund vorhanden - Haustiere auf Anfrage.
