The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century. The cottage extends over 1,200 square foot providing hall, sitting room, study, fitted kitchen/ dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, garden and a private south facing courtyard.

It has a special indoor/outdoor feel, with windows onto our traditional cottage garden and French doors to let the outside in. Located in the centre of the village, it is convenient for Cambridge (30 mins by car), London escapes, exploring the beautiful countryside and sights nearby, and for weddings at South Farm. The Hutch

The Hutch is a totally self contained, newly renovated annex attached to the back of our house. We are situated in the heart of the village, a short walk from a shop, cafe and the village pubs. We are only 13 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.
