"We just need somewhere to sleep!” Lucky for you we have made our spare bedrooms available to visitors to beautiful Arrowtown. Cheap & cheerful with all the basics: shower, toilet, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, tea, coffee and milk. No cooking facilities - but don’t worry ! Arrowtown has heaps of yummy restaurants. Expect to feel like you’re staying with family, but without the hassle of socialising - we live upstairs so you may hear us walking around, but that is all ;-)

It features large floor to ceiling windows, surrounding balcony and an outdoor area with BBQ, pizza oven, table & chairs and secluded hot tub. *Frankton Track is closed till end 2026 due to wastewater pipe upgrade*

With 2 heat pumps to keep you cosy in winter our house is suitable for a couple or a family group, away from the hustle and bustle of town and yet close enough to stroll in to the centre. Guests (and pets) of all ages are very welcome, a travel cot and high chair are available. Secure double garaging with remote control access. Please note the garage is standard height (1.95M) - will not accommodate a high top van/people mover.

Overlooking the picturesque views of the Crown Range sits Birdwoods Cottage.This self-contained cottage has 1 private Bedroom, Bathroom, Lounge, Kitchenette and Laundry. The space has beautiful natural light and soft warm tones with windows taking advantage of the rural views throughout the cottage. This cottage will make you feel like you have been transported to Africa with the exquisite artwork and sculptures around the cottage and property making this a unique holiday home experience.

Huge Living Space- Amazing Views-1 Bed Apartment!

Absolutely breath-taking views from the balcony, the huge living area and the bedroom! Spacious apartment with open plan dining, lounge and full kitchen. Recently re-furnished with a very comfortable bed and sofa/sofa bed. Quiet location. 5 minute drive to Queenstown centre. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. This is the whole of the upstairs of the house. There are 2 studio apartments below, they are locked off from the rest of the house which may be rented separately during your stay.

Our fully fenced gem has been recently renovated, has all new kitchen & appliances, new furniture, oak flooring, updated bathroom, great art etc and we are pet friendly! We think you will love it. Close to the town center, hiking/biking trails set back off the road offering peace and privacy. Described by guests as 'small but perfectly formed' it's warm and sunny with a fire and french doors that open onto an expansive north facing deck with a well set up BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Set in trees, it is private and peaceful, accessed by a guest lift which will carry you and your bags up the hill. Driftwood has been lovingly hand built by the owners with artisan touches. Furnished for your comfort with a luxurious King bed. On the deck there's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) with views to the mountains for your relaxation .
