The house is located under the picturesque rocks of Meteora, in the beautiful village Kastraki. The area is called Marmaro or Marmaraki, which is where the house gets it's name. The house is close to public transportation, about 200 meters away from the central area of the village. Bakeries, groceries, tavern-restaurants and a drugstore are very close by (about 50-100 meters). The town of Kalambaka is within walking distance. The house is also close to the great monasteries of Meteora.

Right in the center of the town, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. A warm & bright house, 110m², with a full view of Meteora and the mountain range of Pindos. Στο διαμέρισμα ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να ετοιμάσει το πρωινό του ή το μεσημεριανό του στην πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και να απολαύσει το μπάνιο του με τη στήλη υδρομασάζ. Το διπλό κρεβάτι είναι άνετο για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση.

Έχει ένα μπάνιο (ντουζιέρα-πλυντήριο ρούχων) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα για μαγείρεμα καθώς και καφετιέρα . Διαθέτει ένα μικρο αλλά άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο δασάκι της περιοχής .
