Nearby parks, trails, shopping and restaurants. Amazing view of the mountains outside the front door. Guest house is completely separate from our main house on the property. We do have children and dogs you may see outside. Overnight parking is just off the street in front of the main house about 100ft walk.

The Sky Studio is a unique, light and airy studio. It is decorated beautifully with artwork depicting things found in the SKY! It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a full-sized shower. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed. It is surprisingly spacious, with numerous seating options. A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

The Arvada GetAway Suite

Bright, clean basement level guest suite with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and private entry. Also available, a queen size air mattress and twin foldout foam mattress. Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks. Reservations are available for stays up to two weeks. Extended stays are possible with owner's permission.
