Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Saffron Walden has been voted the best place to live in the UK! This two bed house in our charming country town has a south-west facing garden and is a 10 minute walk to the town centre, and a 15-20 min walk to Audley End. Children friendly house, great walks around and parks in the town. A short drive (30 min) or train (15 min) to Cambridge and close to London (nearest train station Audley End). Great for travelling business professionals, a weekend away, visiting family, and tourists!

The Garden Annexe

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

Outside you have your own private wood fired hot tub and BBQ with countryside views while at night you can gaze up at the stars on your star gazing bed, which also makes a superb sunbed during the day!
