Originally built in 1885 by prominent grocer George Kennard, the mansion became the home of Cherry Mash creator Ernest Chase in 1912. Built in 1928 this home was built as a home for the neighboring church's pastor. This home was designed to resemble a German home by Edmond Eckel. The home is spacious and roomy with four bedrooms, living room, dining room, den, pantry, kitchen, sunroom and one and half baths.
