Linh’s place is clean, attractive, and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. As a “shoes off inside” family ourselves, the “shoes off” house rule is a plus for us; it helps the home stay so much cleaner! It was great to have books and magazines available, and the decor is calming and restful. There is a definite fragrance (not unpleasant, just noticeable) throughout the home, so if one is sensitive to smells, it might be helpful to discuss options with the owner before the stay. Having animal friendly airbnb hosts is a great benefit for our family, and the home is set up nicely for furry family members. Our little dog enjoyed romping in the big backyard each day. The later check in time was not an issue for us, as we arrived after 6pm, and the later check out time was nice on the day of our departure. Communication with Linh was clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay at Linh’s place, and were happy with the house, cost, and amenities.

This is a great place to stay. Our dogs loved the yard and the house is very pet friendly. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Atlanta. It was very convenient to downtown and has a Publix only one mile away. Cameron was very helpful and the house is well stocked with bottled water, coffee, dog treats, dog crates and pet disposal bags.

Great stay! Very clean house in a nice neighborhood. The house had a wonderful play room with books and toys that our grandchildren really enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful listing with plenty of room and games, perfect for large groups. The place was mostly spotless. While there were plenty of kitchen amenities, bedding, and towels, we did have to bring our own body wash.

What an amazing first trip to ATL with my Mom, Husband and Children. The house was a perfect size for all of us to relax and unwind in. My kids had a great time with the books and games there. The outdoor swings were so much fun. The backyard was HUGE and it was so peaceful. The house was located a short car ride to a bunch of places to eat, we were very centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The house had so much personality, it was a great place to stay and we would love to return another time.

A Perfect Rest Stop in Atlanta – Peaceful, Beautiful, and Exceptionally Hosted I had the pleasure of staying in Jade’s coach house during a long journey, and it was exactly what I needed—a peaceful, beautifully maintained retreat that felt like a true sanctuary. The surroundings were stunning and serene, making it easy to relax and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. I felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. Jade is a truly exceptional host—proactive, thoughtful, and generously kind in every interaction. She made sure everything was seamless from start to finish, and her attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed. This place isn’t just a stopover—it’s the kind of stay that makes you want to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time I pass through Atlanta. This was a beautiful home and Dale was an excellent host. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well the home matched the description. The back yard is a wonderful addition to the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub with all the gorgeous flowers. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. We are highly pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay with Peter, and the place was as advertised! The location was peaceful and quiet so we could relax all we want. We really like the instructions to help us out with working out some of the amenities. I would recommend this place for sure and will hopefully book it on our next atlanta trip!

We enjoyed this basement suite a lot! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Michele and Sam are great hosts and are quick to respond and very friendly! We met them soon after we arrived and we had no need to contact them for the rest of the weekend. We had everything we needed and felt like we had lots of privacy. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and will definitely keep this place in mind for the future when we visit again.

Our stay was good! Came with friends, and we loved the vibe and group-friendly design of the house, bedrooms, and living areas. All I wanted was a pool and a great location, so this mostly fit the bill. While we loved the space, a major downside was that the house backs up to 75/85 - a major freeway - so you hear 10 lanes of traffic when you're out back. It's like a loud white noise machine with occasional street racing. Luckily, you can't hear anything from inside, so it was just when we gathered outside that we noticed the location. Also, while the listing says there's a heated pool, it's actually $30 extra per day to heat it, so we didn't even get in for more than an afternoon. Everything else was easy; the hosts have a comprehensive guide to the neighborhood and house, and they were generous with early check-in and late check-out. The location is great for exploring downtown and the Beltline with short Ubers.

My stay was to be for a few days due to remodeling in my home. I have chronic illness and needed a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately, I found out after booking and staying for just a few hours that the work crew for my home would be delayed for a few days, so I did not continue my stay. My brief impression of the air bnb was it looked accurate to the listing. Jesse was very quick to respond to my questions/requests during my few hours of stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this immaculate and charming cottage. The host was fantastic and super friendly. Russ has covered every detail with the amenities. Amazing safe, quiet neighborhood with beautiful historic homes, lush gardens and friendly neighbors. Definitely a 5 star stay!!

Very cozy house with nice touches. Really liked the seating in the living room with the large couch. Also appreciated the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom with plenty of towels. Loved sitting in the backyard watching the birds in the woods.

Place was great. Quite a few stairs so it is not right for everyone. Very convenient to Piedmont Hospital, which unfortunately, was the point of our visit. The building has multiple apartments, so it was a little confusing to find in the dark. Once you get there though, it is clean, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The area felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to book this Airbnb last minute and the host came through for us. I originally booked a 2 bedroom suite hotel and canceled because it was the worse place ever. I reached out to this host and less than an hour I was confirmed. This place was very cozy, clean and close to all the shopping stores you need. I would most definitely book with him again. Thank you so much.

The pictures of the house do not do it justice! It’s a beautiful spacious house with a a very nice back yard. The hot tub was probably my favorite part but my 2 year old loved the play room in between bedrooms. Perfect stay! The host, Candice is very nice and responds quickly. She even left us a little gift for our stay! 10 stars!!! Highly recommend!

This rental was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our group. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and was very clean. We appreciated all of the little touches and the great kitchen that was very well stocked. My only comment for people renting this place is that the driveway is short and very steep which made it difficult for us to get my elderly mother into and out of the car. It can accommodate two cars, not really four.
