We have stayed at Paula’s place many times. We always come back when visiting St. John’s. Paula’s place is always clean, very spacious and comfortable and we have always had a wonderful experience with the host being responsive when we reach out about anything. We will definitely be coming back to Paula’s place again in the future!

Great location for downtown St John’s, pretty much anything you’re looking for is within walking distance. Lovely heritage home that allowed our group to stay together one last day & night reminiscing about our East Coast Trail experiences.

Great location to stay downtown St. John's.

Le logement est exceptionnel, super grand (3 niveaux), extrêmement bien équipé et magnifiquement décoré avec de très beaux meubles et objets. Vous êtes logé chez les propriétaires et la maison est très chaleureuse de ce fait. Il y a une terrasse à l'étage et une seconde bien plus grande au sous sol qui permet de descendre sur la baie. La vue est juste extraordinaire, on voit l'eau, les bateaux entre les arbres, c'est tout simplement génial. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Les hôtes sont très disponibles, très arrangeants et très compréhensifs. C'est l'un si ce n'est le plus beau Airbnb dans lequel j'ai jamais été Merci encore

So centrally located, cozy and with plenty of space!

Worked great for our family of six. Comfortable and quiet unit. Pool and hot tub on premises were a big plus for the kids. Would be happy to return in future years.

This is truly a "one of a kind" property. We are so thankful to the owners for sharing this inspirational place with us. We did not use the guest house, but after seeing it, we would love to return with the grandparents in tow! The guest house has been recently renovated with very comfortable accommodations for at least 2 people. A pull out sofa in the guest house could accommodate 1 more, and the main house also has futons. My 3 children were thrilled with the selection of outdoor toys, puzzles, and games at the property. We were able to have tandem kayaks delivered so we could adventure as a family each day and explore the amazing islands surrounding the property. I cannot describe how much we all loved playing the piano in this house. The high wood ceilings and walls made for beautiful acoustics. I haven't enjoyed playing music so much since I was a kid. It's obvious that an incredible amount of love and thought went into the design of this home. Thank you for the beautiful memories!

This property is within walking distance to downtown and supermarkets. Bill was very kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Wilson's place was very welcoming, clean and well equipped. The location is close to town where there are lors of restaurants and cool spots to check out. We had everything we needed for our stay!

Marilyn’s home was clean and cozy! The location was great for first timers in St. John’s looking to checkout the downtown core. Marilyn made checking in very easy and was super accommodating!

What a beautifully restored home! We stayed here for two nights in October and were so happy with all the little details put in to making this a special stay. Having laundry onsite was especially helpful as we were nearing the end of our longer trip. Worth noting is that a lot of the recommended restaurants and stops are closed for the season but we were still able to find a few spots to have a nice meal. Overall a fantastic experience in Bonavista!

Kate’s place was exceptional. It’s decorated incredibly nicely, and the up-to-date decor makes her spot cozy and inviting. The glassed-in porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Everything you need to prepare meals is available; you won’t have to use someone’s discarded pots and pans. Clean and well-maintained appliances mean you can cook meals just as if you were home. Kate put a lot of thought into supplying everything you need for your stay. The park directly across the street is the perfect spot for a stroll or to allow your kids to burn off some energy at the playground. Kate’s place is conveniently located in the city, making getting around any spot you want to explore easily. I look forward to the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks, Kate!

Our stay was just what we were looking for ,home away from home, perfect for 2 couples in downtown St John’s. It was within 5 minutes walk of our venue, (Mary Brown Centre)restaurants and bars. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals. The bed was very comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom. There are 3 levels and a patio on each level. A beautifully decorate space. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. We will definitely stay here again when we visit St Johns !! 10/10

This is a beautiful space.. had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay, bed was comfortable, two parking spaces as excellent as we have a large truck. I can’t say enough about all the amenities that were in the house… we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book this place again the next time we are in Moncton

I genuinely loved my stay here! The location was perfect ~ just a short walk to Coffee Matters Café and a convenience store right around the corner. The home was cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I even extended my stay, and Ellie was so accommodating and kind. Such an amazing experience ~ I would absolutely stay here again!
