This 350 sqft Tiny Cabin is walking distance to Meadows trail head in Luzerne. One block east of the famous Ma Deeters Restaurant. This clean & cozy cabin is a perfect place to relax between enjoying the trails, rivers & local Amish shops. One queen size bed in the loft and a full-size pull out sofa sleeper. 4 seasons firepit out back. A propane grill is also available in the firepit area. A cozy little getaway for the adventurous individual or couple at a location that is beautiful year round. The property is surrounded by 365 acres of state and MNA sanctuary lands with 700 feet of private frontage. Excellent trout fishing, kayaking, tubing, biking, XC skiing, snow shoeing and hiking right out the back door. If you want to truly get away from the pink skies and road noise and want the "up north" experience but not stay at a crummy resort or noisy lake, this is the place for you.

The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
