Hiawatha Cabins is a group of five rental cabins offering comfortable, budget friendly accommodations on beautiful Forest Hwy 13, in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest. This is the FIR. sleeps up to 4 in 2 separate beds. One bathroom. This area is known for its abundant year-round outdoor activities. Bonus is the Midway General Store right next door, stocked with gas, licensing, food, beer, snacks and more! Easy access. Trailer parking. Ride from cabin to Trail 7 - 1/3 mile away!

Camp Big Iron

A cabin in the woods. Off grid. With solar power and generator back up. All automated. Indoor plumbing, Running water, Full electric, automatic sauna. A refrigerator, microwave and full oven/cooktop at your disposal. 10 miles from Big Bay Michigan and 32 Miles from Marquette Michigan. Excellent access to the atv/snowmobile trails and the great outdoors in general. Hiking, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, 4 Wheeling, Fishing, Etc. 1220 feet above sea level, Huron Mountain Range.

Cabin on lake w no public access. Owners out of sight and sound. Great pike fishing on supplied jonboat and 4 kayaks. Wood-burning sauna next to cabin. Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Beautiful 4 bedroom cabin located minutes from downtown Munising and at the doorstep to Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore. The cabin is located on a quiet, paved, tree-lined street nestled on 6 serene acres of hardwood forest. We are a short drive to M13 and all of the recreational inland lakes that the area has to offer. Head the other direction and you are a short 15 min drive to Miners Castle/Miners Beach which can be a fantastic launching point to your UP adventure!

We also have a deck to enjoy the wildlife from. Hummingbirds, Blue Heron, geese, ducks, eagles, river otters and more have all been spotted from the front porch.
