Come stay in our rustic studio apartment with driveway parking in Schnitzelburg/Germantown, home to Monnik Beer Company, Nachbar, the Merryweather, and the Post. We’ve brought a little of our old home in East Tennessee to our new home in Louisville. This guest space features reclaimed wood from a barn Perry took down in Seymour, TN.; a stock tank shower; a refurbished farmhouse sink; a tobacco stake star wall hanging; and some Yee-haw Industries prints, straight from Knoxville.

This quiet one bedroom apartment is a great home base for exploring the Derby city! Separate entrance through a charming backyard/English-style garden. Less than 2 1/2 miles to historic Churchill Downs, less than a mile to Nord's famous bakery, Sunergos Coffee, Monnick Beer Company, Check's Bar & Grill, The Post and more. A short drive to the local restaurants and unique shops of Bardstown Road, NuLu and Frankfort Avenue. No Louisville locals can stay at this location.

Derby City

FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking.

Delectable Delor

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

Studio apartment with a balcony if you decide to hang out and relax for the evening. There is a cook top, but no oven in the kitchen. Park in the driveway in front of the garage. Pets are welcome, plz add them when booking.

At our one bedroom (king bed) basement abode you will have your own private entrance in the back of the main home in the Historic Cherokee Park neighborhood. Quiet and secure with a location that simply cannot be beat. Plan on parking your car and walking to the best park, restaurants, local shops and bars in Louisville. We are dog friendly! :)

Our cozy home is tucked back off the road, located directly across the street from a large park. There is easy access to the highway and just down the road is Audubon Hospital. Shops and restaurants are close by. A good option for couples, families, or a trip with friends. Great for a Travel Nurse with a dog
