Great stay! Super clean, comfy, and just what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay in Paso Robles. We stayed here as a family of 5 and had a lovely time. Walkable to the downtown. William provided lots of recommendations ahead of time and very detailed instructions for arrival and check-in.

Excellent place for our extended family. The main room is big enough for everyone to hang out together comfortably, plus there is an enclosed sunporch where you can take business calls. I was a little concerned beforehand about one jack-and-jill bathroom for two bedrooms/eight people, but with all the other bathrooms in the house it worked out fine. The young kids loved the farm animals on site. The owner Laurie responded quickly to all questions.

Stayed four nights at Timi's property. Loved it. Within walking distance of downtown Paso Robles and a 2 min walk from the Paso Market Walk plus other restaurants. The pool area is a lot of fun to do laps and lounge around. The full bathroom in the pool area is really useful for showering after pool time. The interior has some eclectic decoration pieces which are quite enjoyable. There is also a second living/great room which is perfect for board games, etc. This is the room with two single beds in the house interior pics. Timi is very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with a coffee maker and Timi responded within minutes and dropped off a working one. Awesome customer service. We will definitely look out for this property next time we are in the area.

Solid stay. Pros. Moderate-sized house, good seating area for six. 2 blocks from a grocery store. Good new appliances, walkable (mostly) to downtown. 24-hour donut store is nearby. Nice master suite. Easy checkout instructions. Good wifi. A few discount wine tasting cards. Cordant was very good. Good restaurant recommendations. Good communication-timely and accurrate To be improved: Some of the furniture and bedding were a little dated. Kind of awkward entrance through the alleyway, but you get used to it. If you have two cars, that would be a challenge as the garage holds only one. No coffee grinder for those who bring their own beans. We would probably go back if we had 4 people. Paso Airbnb was more expensive than we anticipated and this was a mid-range option.

Overall it’s a great house, very spacious. Great neighborhood, we are family of 9 and we love to take walks, saw so many deers. Karen responds quickly. It fit our family quite nicely. there is one room upstairs and 5 downstairs. There are 3 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 full bath, 1 is just a tub, no shower head)The downstairs was a little confusing, you can easily get lost. There are 2 rooms in the back where you have to go through 1 to get to the other, and you have to go through the bathrooms to get to those rooms. My nieces ended up taking those 2 rooms. The bedroom in the hallway has windows, so If anyone turns on the light in the hallway, it shines into the room, if you’re a sensitive to light you might not want to take that room. We loved or 3 night stay at this house, we had a wonderful time in Cambria, would def stay there again if we were to go back. The is great, easy check in and easy check out.

You had me at HOT TUB! This house is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a 24/7 hot tub ready to go. This house has all the amenities. They really thought of everything: cell phone chargers by your bed, umbrellas for rainy days, kitchen supplies, hair dryer, good quality tissues and Qtips, & creamer for your coffee. Quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable beds. Did I mention amazing HOT TUB! Just a couple of FYI’s: the house is on a little incline/ hill. So if you can’t tolerate steps or walking up an incline maybe this isn’t the best option. The kitchen is great. The burner/flame on the vintage stove isn’t the strongest. Unless I didn’t turn it on right, it may take a very long time to cook a meal. The original flooring is so charming. . . And loud. You can hear anyone’s footsteps. These aren’t deal breakers for me. Just FYI to some people. The hosts are responsive & provide a lot of detail. Be sure to read all of their notes/suggestions. Can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed two nights at Linda's house my family of 4 after a busy spring break and we felt like home. The house was very spacious, with different areas to stay, relax and play. The kids enjoyed the game room, the sofas were very comfortable to watch TV. The other living room was used by my daughter to read. The beds were really comfortable and the house is in a very peaceful area. The house was also very close to Sensorio and the Brewery we visited. It was the perfect end to a great Spring Break. I would definitely recommend this house to anybody visiting Paso Robles area.

John was definitely a five star host. His place in Avila Beach was a wonderful place to getaway with my family. He was very responsive to our needs and even gave us extended time with some of the beach equipment. We would definitely consider John’s place in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Davin’s place. The location was just what we needed. Everything was walkable which was helpful for our senior parents. The space was clean and cozy. The deck was nice to enjoy the spectacular view of Morro Rock. Having cable tv was a plus that you rarely find in an Airbnb. Beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with the door lock bit but Davin and her husband were able to take care of it. We would stay here again.

Great place, great view,and great host. we loved every minute of our stay. The view of the bay and seals talking all night was amazing. Host were great, answered all questions promptly. home was roomie and spotless. only thing I was not prepared for is one room is down the hall no door and the other you need to walk through the other room to get to bathroom or living room. it was our anniversary and my brother was staying with us and we were hoping for some private time. It was fine though we had a good time. Thank you Matt and Toni we will be back one day I hope.

We have stayed at “Urgh Casita” MANY times and have never been disappointed. Any time there’s been an issue it was immediately taken care of. Plenty of room for four. We have already booked several more stays for this coming year.

They place was so lovely and wonderful. Seeing the beach while in the kitchen/living area was great.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Trish and Terry were great at being friendly, communicative and welcoming. We even shared some nice cycling stories when we discovered that shared interest. The place was just what we were looking for - and plan to return!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was phenomenal and we were able to easily walk to and from downtown. The condo itself was wonderful and comfortably fit 5 of us. The rooftop patio was unforgettable, and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the scenery. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting SLO!

This was such a rare find for us. We’re regulars at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival, and it was amazing to be just a few steps away from the festival, the pier, the beach, and perhaps most of all, Giuseppe’s! My 90+-year-old in-laws were very comfortable, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. Superb!

The space was tastefully decorated, clean, had a good layout. Great upstairs bathroom. No noise from neighbors. The location was perfect — a few blocks to the boardwalk and beach and only slightly further to the main strip (less than 10 min walk?), with good coffee and casual eateries even closer. Ken proactively reached out to notify us of a boil water order (very unusual for the area), left us plenty of bottled water, and even thought to include ice cube trays since we wouldn’t be able to use the ice from the fridge. Thankfully the boil water order was lifted a day later, but we appreciated the extra care. The candies and charcuterie board were a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

I was in town for a wedding and had a great experience at Anna’s place. The listing looked exactly as it did in the photos, check in was easy, and getting into town was a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Paso Robles for a weekend. We didn’t even get to utilize all the features in the space because of the wedding agenda, but it was great to know they were there.

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!

Nice condo was like home away from home. Cute 1 bedroom comfortable bed. The coffee provided is great . Host very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. Convenient little store across street and beach literally at end of block.
