You've found it! Base camp to enjoy all that west Erie county has to offer. For the fisherman and non-fisherman alike, you'll find it nearby. Walk across the road to Elk Creek and find yourself on prime steelhead water. Explore the array of local businesses - a variety of farmer's markets, antique shops, breweries, restaurants - many less than a 10 minute drive. At the end of the day, kick back next to the fire pit or enjoy the hut tub while taking in the stars. You won't want to leave!

The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Our local amusement park Waldameer and famous vacation spot Presque Isle are 20 minutes away. There are hangout spaces within the home as well many spots outside. Whether you want to watch a beautiful sunset, relax by our fire pit area, or enjoy some grilling there’s something for everyone. Keep an eye out for our guest that lives nearby the American Bald Eagle!

The house and lower level apartment do not share any living space except the driveway.

One bedroom Second floor of duplex rental unit. Private country setting large yard fire pit (you supply your own wood). 2 Hammock chair swings in the back yard 300 yd walk to Elk Creek fishing, several local wineries in the area. Mall and shopping area within 15 minutes. Restaurants and grocery stores local, Bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious home - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway. This home features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
