Our stay at Melissa’s place was fantastic! She was super responsive from the beginning. We came down for the week of our wedding so we were pretty stressed, but Melissa took away some of that stress by making our stay phenomenal. The house is absolutely gorgeous, colorful and fun! It was a fantastic space for a big family and pets. Our dogs loved having a yard to play in and space for the kids to run around with. Melissa also checked in with me after we had settled in and made sure we were happy with the accommodations. The house was also clean and tidy both inside and out back. Would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the area! We will definitely be back!

the house was spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room to be together but also ample private space for everyone. Some of the appliances are a bit dated, but the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. The management company was immediately responsive when we ran into a couple of minor issues. The view of the marsh is spectacular and the screened porch provided a wonderful, bug-free area for us to enjoy being outside. Only thing which could be improved is that the beds are small and the rooms could definitely accommodate larger beds.

We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Easy walk to the oak tree lined bluff toward downtown Beaufort to shop and dine. Explore the surrounding areas of Bluffton, Hilton Head, St Helena’s Island and the beaches. Make sure to walk the Point to look at all of the centuries old homes. The home is wonderfully decorated with everything you need to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable and little amenities like robes, coffee, snacks and games. Looking forward to coming again soon!

Great condo near the beach and pool. Very clean and well kept. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking.

Place is exactly as advertised. I stayed for a couple weeks with my dog while visiting my parents who live in the area. When I first booked I was just relieved to find a ground level rental with a private, fenced yard that allowed my larger dog. Once I arrived I was excited to stay... Everything was coordinated, organized and labelled. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and all linens were fresh. The hosts added an adjustable desk for my stay which worked out great for remote work. I really enjoyed the backyard and brought a beach chair over to the grass to watch birds in the mature trees across the fence and view the stars at night. Location is a quiet area compared to staying on 17 which was great for my sound sensitive dog. It's a very short drive to the marsh walk scene and equally close to the farmers market, grocery store and pharmacy. Huntington Beach State Park is only about 10 mins away. I look forward to booking this place again for my next trip.

Beautiful house, great location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful but unfortunately brief stay at the Eco House; Hurricane Debby prevented us from fully experiencing everything this house and Folly beach offers. April is a great host and we hope to have an opportunity to return again soon. The beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants on Center St. are a few short blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride through this lovely, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The bird nature walk is nearby. We enjoyed visiting with the local people on our walks around town and in the restaurants. Tetia was great to work with and very helpful. We are hoping to stay there again when we come back in late summer.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mt.Pleasant here. The home was cozy but had the amenities we were looking for. It was nice having a full stocked kitchen, a nice TV and a washer and dryer in case we needed it. Even though it was somewhat close to a major road the home was quiet. We even took advantage of having a bike ride but the bikes could use some work.
