There are nearby cement boat landings for access to nearby Cape Upstart and reefs located in the top of the Whitsundays. The Retreat has all the facilities required by the fishing enthusiast - outdoor filleting table, boat wash down facilities, gas crab cooker.

Airconditioned and Crimsafe security throughout. The complex has a pool and spa for your use and there is undercover parking. It is a short 5 minute drive from James Cook University, the Townsville University Hospital and also convenient to Lavarack Barracks.
