We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

I can’t express enough how beautiful this place is. So much character and effort into the details that make this private resort a little slice of paradise. It was way better than expected. The photos don’t do the place justice. A really special place to get away and take in the Philippines. The two outdoor showers are a nice touch!The hosts and grounds caretaker are so kind and helpful. You do need to bring your own food and cook for yourself which I love about it and it’s easy to do with two cooking areas with beautiful views. I hope to come back again and again.

The apartment is a  no frills place and would fit travellers who are not fussy and would just use the apartment as a place to retire during the night,  depart during the day, and  return again at the end of the day. Location -  a few minutes away from Ayala Mall and Ace Medical Center Legazpi. The apartment is a 5 mins walk from the main road . But if you don't have a car, Ms Jocel would always ensure that you will be able to find your way to and from the apartment. Aircon is cold and the place is furnished. By staying in an Airbnb apartment, tenants would also experience living the place the way locals do. Future tenants should be aware that Albay province would often experience rotating black outs and water disruptions- something that Airbnb hosts do not have control over. Hence if youre fussy about these things, better book in a hotel . Are we recommending Lita's place to future tenants? Yes of course! Are we going to book again in the future? Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

A peaceful place , clean, and affordable and a very responsive host. Place has a beautiful viewing dect for Mayon Volcano. All of us were happy to watch the perfect cone of Mayon volcano.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, it was very peaceful and quiet. It just really feels like home! This airbnb is best for family or even alone hehe because it was just really peaceful! Love the long rest and nap inside the rooms + you could watch Netflix or Youtube. I also appreciate the owner since she was really responsive to all my questions and messages. For sure we would love to definitely book again once we go back to Bicol! Thank you again, Ms. Caroline! Our stay was amazing ❤️

The host was very responsive even the caretaker. The place was cozy! It had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy. It was a bit rainy during our stay so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities. The solar lights didn’t light up too so it was dark outside at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again.
