Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

Panoramic seaside beach house

We`ve been renting the beach house out since 2012 - Up till now our guest have almost 100% been regulars - we havent really advertised. You`ll have panoramic sea views, and access via steps down to the quiet beach. The beach house is clean, comfortable and cosy in Winter, cool in Summer. There are two double bedrooms and a sun room Kitchen filled with crockery and utensils, washing machine, dishwasher. You might see a spider, there may be a water stain - its not pristine but you`ll fall in love

Nelson Heights - Perfect seaside retreat, Cromer

Nelson Heights is situated in the vibrant seaside town of Cromer, known as the 'Gem of the Norfolk Coast'. Nelson is a warm and cosy house, tastefully decorated in neutral colours with a private patio and garden as well as benefitting from off-road parking. Located on a quiet road, a stones throw away from the beach, train station and the bustling town centre. Cromer, is a beautiful historic town with lots to offer for people of all ages. It is the perfect holiday destination all year round.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Embrace relaxation and coastal bliss in this idyllic quiet coastal getaway.

Dog and family-friendly Being moments from the seafront and promenade you really are within easy reach of all the amenities, cafes, walks, beaches, parks, restaurants and all-round entertainment Cromer has to offer. The Old Workshop has been given a wonderfully contemporary makeover with the main feature being a good sized bright open-plan living area upstairs. The house is well-appointed with both bedrooms having a television, the master having an en-suite, and also a well-stocked kitchen.

The lovely village of Mundesley offers a great beach side pub and independent shops for all essentials. Situated on the coastal path in an area of outstanding beauty. Fernhill is a peaceful and stunning home, offering a comfortable stay for up to 13. Located in the hamlet of Felbrigg, the house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a social area, sun terrace and lots more. Situated in a unique woodland setting, the home provides wonderful views of the surrounding nature. With footpaths from the front door leading to the gorgeous Norfolk coast or to Felbrigg Hall, Fernhill is the perfect base for exploring. Cromer town is only 5 minutes away, with ample amenities.

Spacious, light and airy rooms with WIFI, smart TV. The dining area opens out onto the decking with canopy. The ground floor bedroom has a king size luxury bed. The twin room is upstairs with zip and link beds plus another single bedroom. The bathroom with separate shower cubicle and toilet is on the ground floor. There is an enclosed garden with plenty of seating. The brick-weave at the front has parking for two cars. Located just a 5/10 min walk from the sandy beach and local amenities.

Grade 2 listed brick & flint thatched cottage located in a quiet position, a private drive, surrounded by fields and adjacent to a working farm. Set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has parking to the front, enclosed rear garden. Booking; Friday-Friday, Friday-Monday or Monday to Friday. G C sleeps six plus cot (baby makes 7) has Wifi and is pet friendly Pet friendly does not mean dogs sleeping in our beds or on our furniture. If you have this dog, G C is not the property for you.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
