Alquiler de alojamientos con patio para vacaciones en Baden District

I am a single professional and stayed here for four nights while doing work at IIASA. Pleasant area, balcony overlooks trees, very clean, well thought out, comfortable bed.

El Alojamiento está ubicado muy cerca al aeropuerto, demasiado tranquilo,el apartamento es amplio perfecto para tres personas.

We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad in het appartement. Het ligt zeer centraal in het centrum en toch heel rustig. Sliepen heerlijk en was heel gezellig thuiskomen. Voor een prettig verblijf is alles aanwezig. De host heeft ons blij verrast met lekkernijen. Kortom wij komen graag terug.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in casa di Annemarie, casa pulita e ben organizzata. Ottima posizione, gli host sono fluenti in inglese e sono cordiali. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare a casa di Annemarie se volete avere attorno a boi un ambiente tranquillo e confortevole.

This place was perfect for the last night of our trip to Vienna. It was an easy 20 minute ride to the airport. Easy check-in. And check out. The breakfast was a nice touch as well. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The sauna was an extra bonus for some nice relaxation after our travels. In a small town so doesn’t look like there is much to do but we were there to just relax and unwind before our trip home and it was perfect.

The house is in a quiet place with a nice garden outside, it is not too far from a large supermarket and there is everything needed for a comfortable staying.

Private, safe and convenient spot a short walk from the heart of Baden Bei Wien. Great host, good value. I highly recommend it .

Excellent communication with Stefan who accompanied us and gives the key to the apartment at the late hour we arrived, 01 am. Thank you for everything Stefan! It is not exactly close to the center of Vienna but it has everything you could need for accommodation. You benefit from underground parking. We only stayed one night unfortunately, the apartment is modern, clean, airy, smells very good, has a living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need, 2 bathrooms, toilet articles, towels, 2 bedrooms- all clean. In the fridge you can find juices/beer, something to nibble on, and decent prices are displayed on its door. I slept excellently, perfect mattress and pillows. Exceeded expectations! 300 m away is the Billa supermarket.

Ein echter Volltreffer! Die Wohnung - eigentlich ein Gartenhaus - eignet sich perfekt, um einen Städtetrip mit erholsamem Ambiente auf dem Land zu verbinden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an der U-Bahn Richtung Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen auf einem großen Gartengrundstück, super zum Ausruhen, volle Privatsphäre. Hofer und Billa sind ganz in der Nähe. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und alles sehr sauber! Gastgeber Wolfgang ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf stets zur Stelle, um auch gute Tipps zu geben. Sehr netter, angenehmer Kontakt. Herzlichen Dank, Wolfgang, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Рекомендую этот прекрасный дом, очень красивое, тихое место. С красивым садом и беседкой. В доме есть всё необходимое для чудесного отдыха. Попадая в дом вы чувствуете себя как дома и вам не нужно ни о чём беспокоиться . Хозяин Michael очень отзывчивый и приятный в общении человек. Благодарю Michael за наш чудесный отдых в вашем доме!

Alles wie beschrieben, eine super Location um nach Wien oder ins Umland zu kommen, um dort was zu unternehmen.

Yanis a été très réactif dans ses réponses. L’appartement était bien. Pour se rendre au centre-ville, il faut environ 30 minutes en transports en commun et moins de 20 minutes en voiture. Cependant, il n’y a pas grand-chose à proximité immédiate de l’appartement, ce qui en fait un endroit calme et paisible.

Perfekte Location für private Feiern, waren 20 Personen und jeder hatte Platz. Markus war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vor allem was den vorzeitigen Check-in betrifft, um gekaufte Verpflegung rechtzeitig einkühlen zu können. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Garten ist super! Nachbarn sehr nett!

Sehr schönes, gut gepflegtes Ferienhäuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Patricks apartment is perfectly located to either walk to of take public transit to the major sights. There are many restaurants within a couple blocks with many ethic choices. The apartment is large and clean and well furnished. We have a 3 week stay and found it ideal for us. We had a couple of questions for Patrick and he was always available , responsive and friendly. I highly recommend !

Sono stata molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno in questo appartamento a Vienna! La posizione era perfetta, vicino alla metro e alla fermata del bus, il che rendeva facile spostarsi in città. Inoltre, c'era un mini market proprio vicino all'appartamento. La zona era molto tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata di esplorazione della città. L'appartamento era confortevole e ben arredato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca una posizione comoda e una zona tranquilla in cui soggiornare a Vienna.

Wir waren zu fünft (Familie) für 3 Übernahctungen. Sehr schöne großzügige moderne Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Tram, S-Bahn, Bus und Payuca-Parkhaus, Tankstelle und Lidl direkt vor der Tür. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Hausschuhe, Bademäntel für alle 5 vorhanden. Großes Bad mit Regendusche / getrennte Toilette. Moderne Küche, Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kaffee-Kapseln vorhanden. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein Toaster für die Küche wäre super). Spülmaschinentabs gab es keine aber wir mussten auch die Maschine nicht laufen lassen sondern nur am Schluss befüllen. Bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man Tabs mitbringen (oder beim Lidl gegenüber kaufen). Check-In lief problemlos (ohne Schlüssel - mit Zugangs-Code). Dass wir erst um 11 Uhr auschecken mussten kam uns sehr gelegen! Insgeamt ruhiges Wohnhaus; konnten alle sehr gut schlafen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen - insbesondere für Familien mit 5-6 Personen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist gut &entspannt gelegen.

Die Zeit im Appartment von Andie war wieder einmal wunderschön. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche, warmherzige und engagierte Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Vom Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über die ganze Stadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
