For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

Nicht ohne Grund wird diese Unterkunft mit 5 Sternen empfohlen. Wir hatten mit Daniel einen super netten Gastgeber, der uns alles erklärt und gezeigt hat. Super nützlich waren die Infos rund ums Haus und Freizeitgestaltung. Toll ist, immer einen Ansprechpartner an der Seite gehabt zu haben. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, top ausgestattet, mega gemütlich und vor allem fair im Preis. Wir haben es sehr genossen unter uns sein zu können. Im Sommer auf jeden Fall ein Geheimtipp für einen Urlaub. Highlight war natürlich der Kamin. :D Lieben Dank euch!

Nui und Stephan haben uns nicht nur freundlich empfangen, sie hatten uns zusätzlich einen frischen Zopf und viele weitere Leckereien bereit. Was für eine schöne Überraschung! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank! Im Haus hat es vier Schlafzimmer und sehr viel Platz zum Verweilen… Ideal für eine Gruppe. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Durch die ideale Lage, hatten wir eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in der nahen Umgebung. Da die nächsten Gäste erst einem Tag später anreisten, durften wir länger in der Wohnung bleiben… so genossen wir die warme Sonne auf der Terrasse, umgeben von Fliederduft… herrlich!

Amazing host, thank you for all your help during our stay. The pictures don't do the house justice, it's fantastic and the area is amazing and peaceful. Only 30 mins on the tram into basel. Will stay here again when visiting the area, thanks Silvie for everything.

Great place with amazing views over the lake and mountains! The apartment was very cosy and the kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking basics and more which made it easy for us to cook and feel right at home. The hosts were great to communicate with too. Highly recommended!

Estuvimos 4 noches y nos gustó mucho. La vivienda dispone de todo lo necesario con todas las comodidades. Cuenta con unas vistas inmejorables y está excelentemente comunicada tanto para llegar en vehículo particular como en transporte público (bus a 50 metros). Zona residencial muy tranquila, pudiendo salir de casa para hacer senderismo. Muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones. Sin ninguna duda nos gustará volver.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Sihlsee ist herrlich. Auch ist es sehr ruhig. Der obere Bereich und das Badezimmer mittig sind liebevoll und komplett saniert. Der untere Bereich (Eingang, Bad und Treppenhaus) ist noch rustikal, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Austattung im gesamten Haus ist sehr gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Top Lage mit schöner Aussicht, ruhiges Quartier, Spielplatz und Wald ganz in der Nähe, kurzer Fussmarsch zur Tramlinie direkt in die Innenstadt von Basel. Da vorher/nachher keine Vermietung war, hätten wir ganz flexibel schon am Vorabend anreisen resp. nach 11:00 Uhr auschecken können. Küche und Zimmer einfach ausgestattet, aber absolut praktikabel und für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Respektive haben wir fehlende Kochutensilien nach vorgängiger Rücksprache mit Daniel selber mitgebracht. Wir würden wieder kommen!

The apartment is very cute and cosy and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony is magical. Aylin was really helpful and communicative, I would definitely return.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Dieter und Daniela waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Gabriele wanted me to call 1 hour before arrival, I did call a couple of time, before our estimated arrival time, no answer, we had a delay due to traffic accident, so I send a new estimated GPS arrival time as a message on Airbnb app, I got answer to that message. I called again 1 hour before new estimated arrival, no answer. Luckily Gabriele livs in ground floor of her house that she rent out, so upon arrival I ringed the bell, and she came out, and we stayed in first floor, and when we wanted to get in touch with here, we could just go down and knock on her door, witch she did. If she had answer my phone call, it would felt less stressful when driving with this slow traffic. Other than that everything was just awesome, lovely place with interesting interior design.

Es un apartamento pequeño pero cálido y muy cómodo para 4 personas, muy limpio, ordenado y decorado. La piscina es un punto a favor. Destacaría que en el apartamento está increíblemente equipado con todo lo que una familia puede necesitar, incluso detalles como películas, juegos, velas, pegamento, bolsas, papel de aluminio, condimentos, productos de aseo y de limpieza... tú solo necesitas llevar tu ropa y comida. Claudia nos recibió amablemente con decoración de Pascua y dulces. El pueblo es muy bonito y tranquilo. Muy recomendado, gracias Claudia 🥰

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur schön. Antonia ist äußerst freundlich und ihr gemütliches Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Unsere Hundis haben sich wie zuhause gefühlt:) wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Katharina is a very friendly and helpful host, she lives on the top floor of the building and the rooms on the ground floor is where we stayed. Like described there is a privat kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, there is also a nice outdoor area! We really enjoyed our stay.

Lidiya ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich. Man spürt sofort, dass sie sich wirklich Mühe gibt, ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Op onze weg naar Italië kwamen we spontaan deze locatie tegen. Het was geweldig. Zo’n leuk huisje wat prachtig authentiek en van binnen modern is. De omheinde tuin was voor onze jonge hond heel fijn. Het dorpje was zo schoon en vol bloemen. En met 10 minuten zit je in Bazel wat ook zeker het bezoeken waard is! Misschien gaan we op de terug reis wel weer langs!

Rundum begeistert 👍😍. Wir waren 1 Woche zu Zweit mit unseren Vierbeinern in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Petra und Roger. Bereits vor Antritt unserer Reise hatten wir einen so freundlichen Kontakt mit Petra und Roger. Alles verlief von Anfang bis Ende einfach wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Privatsphäre und mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt 🙏❤. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten an Ausflügen (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Bodensee, Zürich u.v.m.). Ein perfekter Ort, um Ruhe und Erholung auf dem Land zu genießen und trotzdem viel ansehen zu können. Last but not least, sind Petra und Roger perfekte, liebevolle Gastgeber 😍, die immer erreichbar waren und mit wertvollen Tipps zu Seite standen. Einfach 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 für Alle und Alles 👍🙏. Serdecznie polecam nocleg w tym miejscu. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Dobra cena, oraz dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa w kierunku Szwajcarii. Pomocni właściciele, komunikacja przebiegła bezproblemowo 🤗🤗

A very cosy place in a cosy village just outside Zurich - ideal to explore both the city and the marvels of the mountains. Railway station is just around the corner, as is the lake with a marvelous view. The house has absolutely everything a family might need. The garden is so nice to sit out and enjoy the view to the lake.

We spent 3 nights at Julian's place. He was a terrific host, helpful and ultra responsive. The place is in a great location and is well connected by Basel's amazing transport system, (bus and tram). The apartment is exactly as listed, very nice retro feel and a little quirky which made it feel that bit unique. Julian gave us great hints and tips and was kind enough to lend us some bikes which we used to cycle along the Rhine. The Basel travel card which Julian supplies is a real gem and makes navigating the city so much easier.

We loved the modern and high tech feel of the place. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to find and had everything we needed to feel right at home.
