Kung merong 6 stars dito, yun ang rating ko. It was so, so, so worth it for the price. Was expecting na isang floor lang lahat pero the building was around three floors and lahat yun accessible. Super gandang CR, towels are enough, AC was working well, may pafountain sa pool. And all of us agreed na napakaganda nung kitchen. If we can stay longer sana, we will, parang lahat na ng gugustuhin mo sa isang place, andito na. Ang babait din nila tito, nakipaglaro pa sa amin ng billiards at laging approachable kung may kailangan kami. Kung di lang sobrang layo from us, ibubook ko to lagi. Highly recommended pagneedn niyo ng place to stay sa Ilocos Norte.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is quiet and peaceful. Host is very responsive and nice. We liked that it is walking distance to the beach. If we will visiting again the area, definitely, we will stay again here.

Alice's place was a great choice as it was in a peaceful area and near Robinson's mall and other tourist attractions in Laoag to Pagudpud. The unit was as it was described in the listing with two bathrooms, a big ref and kitchen appliances for you to cook your meals. The parking area within the owners place was great as you can wash your vehicle after exploring the tourist spots. The guard on duty at night was also great to ensure your safety. Also had the chance to meet and speak with the very friendly and wonderful owners including their caretakers. Will definitely book again once we are in Laoag.

We had a lovely two-night stay! The location near the rice fields offered a beautiful view, and the host was super friendly and flexible with check-in. She even helped us find a van. The rooms were comfortable, but it would be helpful if the keyholders were color-coded for easier distinction, and a microwave in the other room would be a nice addition. A/C in all rooms would also be great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it! Thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Place was great. Very modern and clean. Spacious and accessible. Gated property, with security. Will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. Only downside we thought is that the bathroom is downstairs. But we didn’t mind it at all, as the bathroom looked great.

I can’t say enough positive things about our visit. Marie and Karen went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. This was my and my children’s first visit to the Philippines, my wife grew up here, and our host made sure we felt right at home and had a true Ilocano experience. The farm was well maintained and the house was clean and provided everything we needed. It is fairy close to the market and Vigan City but you will need transportation to get there. The walk to the beach wasn’t too long but worth the trip walking by the country side to get there. My wife and kids had reception on their phone for the most part but for some reason mine only worked under the gazebo, which was just fine for me. All in all a great place to relax, take in some beautiful culture and enjoy the simpler things in life. Thank you again, Marie and Karen, for an experience we won’t forget.

A nice place to stay. Very cozy and quiet. It feels like neighbors are nonexistent. Safe place to stay too because it’s beside the police station. Close to the mall so if you need something it’s just a walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked Lani and Jonathan's property very last minute, just a few hours before arriving, for a large family stay (16 people). Jonathan was at the front of the property to welcome us. I am writing this review in the Philippines, from Toronto, Canada, visiting family. Lina and Jonathan treated all of us like extended family. I made a few requests for a few things (a fan, extra toilet paper, more towels) and everything was provided within minutes. I have zero complaints. Very clean property and the A/C was so refreshing. Thank you Lina and Jonathan for your hospitality. You folks really put your heart into the property and hosting guests. It's very evident. If/when I'm back in Laoag I would definitely stay here again without hesitating.

A great affordable stay close to historic sites. Also close to my mom's hometown. Clean and comfortable and very accessible.
