Big space for groups/families. Liked the sleeping arrangements, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and more beds in the attic. Master bedroom with own bathroom. Complete kitchen appliances/utensils etc.. with free drinking water, bath soap, shampoo, tissue, dishwashing soap. Asked if we can check out by 12noon, Mhay allowed us to stay till 1PM. Overall we had a great stay. Will recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ruel's residence! The location was unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city and within easy reach of everything. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen. Hosts were very accomodating despite poor planning on our side were able to accomodate many more additional guests to one room. The location is beautifull, the sea was warm and even during rainy season the rain was nice to watch from the kitchen. Would highly recommend, especially for large groups.

Azia is very responsive with all the queries. Everything we need have been already arranged in the kitchen, thus we no longer need much help.

Peaceful and private, Roman's place in general is a budget slice of upper middle-class life. I especially loved the neighborhood and genuinely felt jealous of people who get to come home to this kind of peace every day. The house isn't without faults but for the price we got, I felt it was justified. The living is room is adequate, but the highlight definitely was the sofa set. I don't understand how comfortable it was given the fabric. Yet it lulled many people to sleep. The dining area was ok, and for me was the weakest area. Roman, this isn't a knock at all, it was more than serviceable and to your credit, you did say it would help to bring extra. It will get you by if you're cooking basic meals. The master's bedroom was masterly. While the other three bedrooms were smaller but not suffocating. The comfort rooms were clean and worked well. The water pressure was... strong. Not Baguio-standard. Great place, can't complain. Would type more but limited by characters. Thank you!

Great spot for a quick staycation! Our group of 8 had plenty of space, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Parking fit two vehicles comfortably. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the beach where we caught both sunset and sunrise. It’s also conveniently close to Urbiztondo if you’re looking to enjoy the nightlife. Would definitely book again if we’re back in La Union.
