We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. Szuper volt, tiszta rendezett otthonias szuper!

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la cazare. Este situată lângă centru, este o cazare deosebită și este mult mai frumoasă în realitate decât în poze. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și am avut intimitate și liniște în cazare. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni. Am rămas uimiți de această cazare inedită. Iar gazda este foarte amabilă și ospitalieră.

A home away from home! We found the house spacious, clean and with large windows for bright rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Living area is generous and with well defined areas for cooking, dining, resting and playing. Bedrooms are very generous with plenty of storage spaces. The bathrooms have the luxury of jacuzzi bath and high tech shower cabin. The garden is really beautiful and delightful with singing birds. We have greatly enjoyed our stay and are fully recommending the house.

Great place, very spacious. The heating system works well, the host was very nice and responds to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and matched the pictures

Everything was perfect, and I genuinely felt like I was at home throughout my entire stay. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit.

Great host! Great place! We booked Stefan’s place for a long stay. It was very comfortable, had everything one could need to feel just like at home. We were impressed by how clean it was. Stefan was kind enough to respond to all our request regarding cleanliness. We had shops, restaurants and pharmacies near by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a quiet and safe area with amazing neighbourhoods!! It was spotless, comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed in there. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is a shower rhyme holder and a glass or curtain to the bath to avoid splashing water on the floor.

Espai modern, cuida't, ben decorat, tot molt nou. Apartament molt ben equipat, amb gran varietat de productes. Potser faltaria una torradora Vam tenir problemes amb l'Internet, l'amfitriona ens va intentar ajudar.

Nice place, clean and spacious enough. Has a large conformable bed, in the bedroom and a good secondary couch for another one or two people. The apartment has elevator, and a big enough parking space where you don't have problems parking. It's very close to Lidl, that's very handy for last minute food or something.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat Ioana apartmanjában. Gyönyörű a berendezés (mint egy kis ékszerdoboz) nagyon kényelmes, kellemes a lakás atmoszférája. Jó szívvel ajánlom bárkinek aki szeretne megismerkedni Nagybányával. Ioana nagyon segítőkész volt és jó ötleteket adott, hogy mit érdemes meglátogatni a városban. Ideális szálláshely elhelyezkedés szempontjából, 10-15 perc gyalog és az óvárosban találod magad. Köszönjük szépen Ioana, nagyon jó volt itt megszálláni, máskor is szívesen visszajövünk.

Apartamentul este foarte frumos și curat. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa și a răspuns tuturor întrebărilor. Recomand cu mare drag! Vom reveni cu siguranță dacă ne primiți.

A fost o experiență plăcută, gazdele sunt foarte receptive, răspund imediat la mesaj și orice mică problemă sau orice întrebare am avut ni s a oferit răspuns pozitiv imediat,concluzia,ne-a placut și avem de gand pe viitor sa revenim,bineînțeles dacă va fi disponibil. Vom recomanda locația.

Un aparatament foarte frumos, curat, cu multe utilități. De asemenea are un view foarte frumos. Situat langa parcul central și 5 minute de mers cu masina de centru. Gazda foarte prietenoasa și comunicativa. :)

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost foarte curat, bine întreținut și exact ca în poze. Zona este liniștită, dar aproape de tot ce ai nevoie – magazine, transport în comun, restaurante. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost impecabilă, foarte promptă și prietenoasă.

This is an amazing place to stay. Very easy to find, easy to check in/out and it is very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely quiet as well and close to good restaurants.

Cel mai bun airbnb in care am stat din baia mare, un proprietar minunat si apartamentul este nou nout, smart, cu orice ti ai dori.

Un apartament frumos , mare , curat . Situat intr o zona foarte buna . Parcarea la masina la circa 5 metri intrare in bloc ( foarte aproape ) Domnul Răzvan știe cum sa atragă clienți care a vizitat apartamentul . Datorită faptului căci apartamentul și primirea mea acolo ( cu tradițional din Maramureș , palinca buna ) voi reveni la el de fiecare data cînd ajung in Baia Mare
