This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The villa has a private infinity swimming pool of 35 m2 from where 12 islands can be seen. A gazebo and BBQ area allows for outdoor relaxing, dining and socialising. The villa consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

The bedrooms are fully airconditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fan. We also provide standing fan in the living room in case in gets too hot.
