Get a taste for Colorado life while staying in truly local comfort and style. Just a 2 minute walk from the Pearl St. Mall, the location of the Pine St. Cottage speaks for itself, but that's not all. Originally built in 1910, we recently renovated the space with the goal to rejuvenate and energize all who stay! We wanted to make it comfortable, yet keep the design simple and aesthetically pleasing. Our Cottage will let you feel at peace, yet drive you to explore and experience; it will let you expand your comfort zone, while providing a cozy space to rest and recover. For those summer months we are happy to provide Bike Rentals to our guests! We provide all the basics for you: private parking, a full kitchen, coffee+tea, a bathtub+shower, hairdryer, laundry machines+soap, an ironing board, a hybrid memory foam queen mattress, full HD 4K TV!!+netflix+amazon streaming, Youtube TV, a Playstation 3 for those (very few) rainy days, and Pack and Play for infants! Of course each guest has individual needs and we are happy to meet them. Let yourself unwind and explore life beyond the daily routine! If the Pine St. Cottage is your base camp, you will be within walking distance of all the world class dining and cultural experiences that fill the Pearl St. Mall and downtown Boulder. There is easy access to a number of hiking trails within minutes of the front door. No need for a car with easy access to the Downtown Boulder Bus station and regular buses to Denver, DEN airport, as well as into the mountains to our local ski resort Eldora. We highly recommend utilizing the Boulder Bcycle system for getting around town. The Pine St. Cottage is fully licensed, and operating legally, as authorized by the City of Boulder.

Our charming Cottage is a private guest house located on our farm property. You will park right outside the front door. We will contact you the day of your arrival with directions about access and keys to get into the Cottage. Our Cottage is wheelchair accessible, but it also provides immediate access to the New Santa Fe Trail, which is great for running, hiking, biking or just leisurely strolling. Our property is located just over a mile off the interstate, so grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and Walmart are only 2-5 miles away. We are one exit away from the Air Force Academy and 8 miles from the Garden of the Gods. We live in a separate house on the property, so we are available to make your stay the best experience possible! This private Cottage home is located just a few miles off of I-25 in Colorado Springs. While being in the heart of the city, this property feels like it's in the middle of the country. It has easy access to the New Santa Fe Regional Trail and Monument Creek. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are all with minutes away. The host lives on the property in a separate home. We are about an hour and a half from the Denver Airport depending on traffic, and 30 minutes from the Colorado Springs Airport. We have recently renovated our entire Cottage. It is beautiful and clean, a space that our family is proud to invite others into.
