On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a large terrace on the roof with a jacuzzi and deckchairs for sunbathing. In front of the house is a covered terrace with a barbecue. An ideal choice for couples or families.
