All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is at a 15 minutes walk belong to National Archeologic Museum, Madre Contemporary Museum and a really a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompei, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name few common destinations. Questa realtà rappresenta per quasi tutti i turisti parte della bellezza in cui vogliono tuffarsi visitando Napoli, ma naturalmente ognuno è diverso, ha una sua storia e proprie abitudini. Se provieni da zone molto tranquille e silenziose, sai di essere intollerante al caos, il tuo sonno è tanto leggero che anche il ticchettio di un orologio può rappresentare un problema, ti suggeriamo di optare per zone più residenziali fuori da centro come l'area del Vomero, Fuorigrotta o Posillipo. L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200). Entrambe si affacciano sul grande open space. Il Concrete Apartament è dotato di Wifi ultra veloce, televisore Sony led 50'' con libero accesso a Netflix. Il Concrete Apartment è facilmente raggiungibile essendo in pieno centro della città. Dall'aeroporto di Capodichino parte ogni 25 minuti una navetta Alibus che ferma alla stazione dei treni di Piazza Garibaldi. Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti l'appartamento, oppure si può prendere la linea 1 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Università che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi (la fermata Duomo è in fase di completamento). A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto da cui partono i traghetti e gli aliscafi per le isole di Ischia, Capri e Procida.

It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
