You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

Located in a quiet, tree lined residential neighborhood. It’s fully furnished, loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments to personal care items. Comfortably hosts 1-2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress.
