The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

its easy off the M5 but you need a car or taxi to get around. However these shops close by.

A perfect place to stay! We loved staying here ans couldn't fault it one bit. Clare ans her partner were so friendly and welcoming, with the added bonus of Strudel the dog! Located about 10 mins from Warwick and not much further to Leamington and Stratford, so perfectly located for access to amenities. We would 100% stay again.

Lovely, clean property within walking distance of the Utilita Arena. Very comfortable bed and an amazing shower! Manraj was really lovely, super helpful and very proactive with communication. Great location easy walk into the town centre and train station. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you need.

We had an amazing short stay at Jemma’s place over the bank holiday weekend. The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable! The interior was stunning and looked just like the pictures. We had a great time! Jemma was also kind enough to let us check in almost 2 hours earlier. Thank you for a lovely stay Jemma!

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Kenneth was super helpful, went over and above and was really good with communications! Even went to the effort to write a card for us to welcome us! Beautiful red roses on the table, and a really good easy stay! Cant thank him enough

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

This property was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute and I was actually quite sad when it was all over. The check in process was faultless and easy and the host was without a doubt phenomenal. We are already looking forward to booking again very soon.
