This is a very spacious Grade 2 listed 1 double bedroom cottage, with exposed beams and Horton stone walls. The cottage offers off street parking in a secure garden. The village pub is within walking distance. We are ideally located for visits to Soho Farmhouse (20 mins), Diddly Squat Farm (30 mins), The Farmers Dog Pub (45 mins), Silverstone (35 mins), Daylesford Farm (30 mins), Bicester Village (25 mins) and trains to London in just under an hour! Miles of beautiful walks on the doorstep!

Close to the beautiful Cotswold villages including Stow on the Wold, and Burford. Easy access to London and Birmingham. Walk the footpaths and enjoy the beauty of the countryside. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.
