Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at the Shark Shack and it was just as lovely as the first time. Donnetta is very friendly, accommodating and willing to do what she can to make our stay enjoyable. This place is truly a hidden gem and we look forward to booing again for next year!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Great attention to communications and exactly as described. Very convenient for walking to the beach or nearby restaurants. Easy 3-5 minute car ride to dog beach. Will book again if ever in the area.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

AMAZING doesn't even begin to describe this home. Everything was as pictured and then some, and SO clean! The beach is just a short walk away and the sunrise is breathtaking. My son and his girlfriend enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating. My youngest (2yo) was occupied with the toys and enjoyed being able to climb the bunk beds. My mom and sons girlfriend both agreed that the full sized bunk beds were nice in comparison to the twin sized the night before. Traveling with children to unfamiliar places can be stressful but with the fenced in back yard and the white fence around the front porch I was never afraid for my sons safety. In addition to the fencing the back door also had a chime when it was opened which gave me even more peace of mind when allowing my son to play independently. With the mature trees around the property you feel like you are in your own private paradise. Price is more than reasonable. The outside shower was also a big hit with everyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The house was a great place to call home for Spring Break. We were in contact with Melissa and she was proactive in communication and very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great and we enjoyed it everyday. And the location is one of the best parts in terms of having access to the beach. And Stephen provides everything you will need (toys, body boards, chairs, umbrella, tent, coolers) for a great day at the beach and a cart to help transport. We will definitely look to stay again.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Kay was great. Very responsive and even reached out to us about the time for the space x launch.

We had a wonderful stay--you can't beat the location of this house! Having the beach so close was amazing, and we loved the rooftop deck with partial ocean view and the beautiful pool area in the backyard. We also liked how walkable the neighborhood is, with nice wide sidewalks that make it easy to share with all the folks out enjoying the sunshine. It was the perfect relaxing beach vacation!

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

The house is really cool! Great rooms and just overall atmosphere of the house. The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and the location is really close to the beach. Joan was very responsive, very helpful, and super nice. She even mailed us back some swimsuits that were left behind. Overall amazing experience.

Great vacation great home & perfect location

Really great place. The family had lots of fun with the pool and fishing off the dock. Very close to the beach (walkable) and nice kids park. Very good food options nearby, and lots to do in the area (Brevard Zoo, charters for fishing and dolphin spotting, beach ofc). Would definitely stay again if I came down.

Our stay at Vista Del Mar was everything we could have imagined. The place was so well stocked that we literally felt right at home; the kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need, the beach accessories allowed us to leave everything at home, and the beds were so comfortable. The quiet mornings as the sun rose were so peaceful and we loved having all the outdoor space to eat meals. Marie was always quick to respond and even instacarted us more dish washer pods when we said we were running low. Our only regret was not booking for a longer stay because it was so sad to leave; we hope to visit again soon! A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a super place to stay. It has everything you could possibly need. A lot of thought has been put into this Air BNB. It was just myself and my hubby staying there for a long weekend but we both commented on how perfect a place it is for a family! The cute book nook & the little space turned into a little bedroom hideaway for a little one - just adorable! The beds were very comfortable & linens and towels freshly laundered & good quality. The location is fantastic for the beach - we were so lucky as we happened upon a rocket launch one evening when we decided to walk the 800 ft to the beach after dinner! The only thing we were puzzled by was the $50 fee to use the grill in the back garden area. We have never paid a fee for this in any other Air BNB before. We assumed it must be liability fee - Understandable) We had planned to only eat in one of the three nights we were there so we cooked in the kitchen. Adding $50 to a home-cooked meal was a no for us

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Sandy's condo is in a great location only two blocks from a very nice beach. She has two beach chairs available to use. The neighborhood is quiet. The condo was nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a small porch off the master bedroom and also a deck. The porch and deck get the afternoon sun so depending on the time of year you visit it might be to hot to sit on the deck. The main level has a big sectional with lots of seating. Because the condo is the middle unit it tends to be dark on the main floor. Sandy was quick to respond. Kennedy Space Center is worth the visit. Pappagallos Pizza which is a 1/2 mile from the condo was very good. We had the very best meal and service at Islands Fish Grill. It was so good we went back a second time.

This was our third year spent at Seamark Condos and second at Kelly’s condo and we have already booked our return trip for next year. This place is our own private Alice of paradise. The condo is not fancy but has everything we need and it always clean. It is perfect for our family of three. The condo walking out to the beach is perfect. The beach is clean, has great shells to find, and is awesome to catch a rocket launch from. The condo was sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. Across the street is Surfin Turtle Ice Cream and down the block is the Salty Bagel - both of which we walked to and enjoyed every day. Kelly is always so responsive and kind. She periodically checks in to make sure everything is going well. We absolutely love staying here.

Loved the location. A beautiful view from inside, and the back deck. Having the beach right in the backyard was a bonus. Everyone had fun playing in the water and in the sand. Host could not have been more welcoming. She was so pro-active, making it easy to access the house, letting us know amenities available, including sand toys for kids. Highly recommend this property if you want a nice, private home on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Adaue & Mike’s place in Indialantic Beach! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few steps from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It’s also spotless, well-organized, and clearly maintained with care. You can truly relax here and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!
