Samra's place is very peaceful and quiet. Plus the garden gives you privacy and the trees can give a shade and cool you in a hot summer day. The house is spacious for a family of four. We all found it very comfortable and had everything we needed. 1 minute walking distance to restaurants and shops. Few minutes distance to major tourists attractions and rhe river. Huge recommendations for a great and unique place in the city centre!

Super host. vlasnica je bila veoma ljubazna. odlična ugodna i čista kuća na mirnom mjestu u Banja Luci. centar je u blizini za nekoliko minuta, supermarket u blizini kuće. svi kreveti su veoma udobni za spavanje, dobro grejanje. Opet bih ostala ovdje kada dođemo u Banja Luku :) Preporučeno i vam! Hvala!

Had a great stay at Gordana’s place. The flat is spacious and clean, with all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, in the center of the city, everything was within walking distace. We came by car, but easily found a parking next to the building. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Banja Luka.

Clean and spacious apartment on the 4th floor in a recently renovated building. Strong WiFi, full kitchen, television and hot shower, perfect. Balcony for smokers. Lots of parking outside the building which is helpful as a car is necessary to access the city centre and surrounding area, but there is a convenient little shop for beers and water and a bakery for bread very close by. Mladen is a nice guy and easy to communicate with. Apartment isnt actually in the Fortune wellness centre as photos in the listing may imply but in an apartment complex next door, it didn’t affect our stay but worth mentioning if you are looking for that poolside room vacation experience. Overall no problems and a pleasant stay 👍🏼

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Zlatka is a very kind person. We will definitely come back again!

“If you are looking for a chance to see the real Banja Luka, and meet some of the real happy friendly people, then Ljilja's place is perfect. It is very clean and tidy, and your host will make you feel welcome. There are plenty of local amenities nearby and the town center is only a 20 minute bus ride away. Just take no 2 bus or 13A. The bus stop is only a short walk from the house. If you are coming by bus to Banja Luka, the main Bus station is only a 10 minute journey. I noticed all along the route there were a lot of interesting shops and businesses. I like to compare prices of items between places so this was great for me! If you were intending to drive or cycle there is plenty of space for parking at the house, and taxis can be organised if necessary though I mostly used the bus, there is usually one every ten minutes or so. There are plenty of local shops, post, bars and places to eat, and if you walk about 15 minutes back towards Banja Luke town center there is a bank on the right hand side with a cash point machine. There might be others nearby but this was the one I used. The house is quiet and peacefull in a pleasent safe area. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen, and soap, shower cream and toilet paper in the bathroom, clean sheets and blankets in the bedrooms. There is a really nice garden around the house with fresh fruit you can pick to eat, a small river that runs next to the house, and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The host, who speaks very good English, German and some French, is very helpful, and can recommend plenty of interesting places to visit. I definitely would recommend staying here if you like to have a relaxing holiday you can tell all your friends about.

Host molto disponibili e gentili sul check in nonostante il nostro ritardo dovuto alla frontiera. Appartamento molto pulito e terrazzo una vera chicca dopo un lungo viaggio. Molto consigliato

Прекрасное расположение! Небольшая, но очень тихая и уютная квартира, в которой есть все необходимое для пребывания (мы были неделю). Рядом с квартирой 2 больших магазина, несколько кофеен и прекрасный ресторан Мала Станица. Неподалеку парк, до центра несколько минут неспешной ходьбы. Pavle очень приятная, дружелюбная, отзывчивая хозяйка. Если вы в Баня Луке, и думаете где остановиться - у Pavle!

My second time staying and only place I want to stay in Banja Luka. Amazing location and comfortable apartment with everything you could need including a lovely roof terrace. Pavle has been great on both occasions with communication, always easy and helpful. Would definitely recommend
