Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. Maple Cottage is a brand new accommodation in the village of Ludborough. Set in the heart of the village, with The Livesey Arms Pub located next door, serving seasonal produce. The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.

The cottage can sleep 4 guests as there is a pull out guest bed available.

Separate shower room with basin and W.C. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with Smart TV, leading to Garden Room and adjacent terrace overlooking the woods and the lake beyond. Stone floors with carpeted bedrooms. Wood burning stove (logs supplied). Oil fired central heating.

Kingsley Glamping Pods - The Beech Pod

A luxurious self-contained glamping pod in the garden of our family home. Located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) the Beech Pod is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a relaxing getaway or to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside. The pod has access to an indoor heated hot-tub. We are dog-friendly, and charge an extra fee of £30 for your stay (maximum of 2 dogs).

The Saddlehouse at Wykeham

Enjoy the lovely setting of this luxurious hideaway in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Our Saddlehouse is set to the side of the farmyard of our working farm and is metres away from the Viking Way footpath. A perfect retreat for walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is situated on a dead-end lane and boasts gorgeous uninterrupted views of the wolds. Sadly unsuitable for infants or children.
