Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Outside is a decked area.

Situated half a mile from the Trans Pennine Trail, 2 miles from Penistone town centre, and 7 miles from Holmfirth ("Last of the Summer Wine" country), we are the ideal base for exploring the beautiful countryside. We are also conveniently located for the M1 (6 miles) and just 4 miles away from the A628 Woodhead Pass to Manchester.
