We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

We arrived at a lovely apartment which was well maintained and comfortable and catered to all our needs. It was easily accessible as well as a nearby parking space available. A lovely touch having a Christmas tree and a few Christmas decorations to make us feel welcome. Fiona is an excellent host and informative and very helpful. We would most certainly recommend this property for anyone looking for a seaside vacation and also the Thatched Inn nearby for a welcoming pint and a lovely meal.

This was our third stay at Wave Cott, and each time has been perfect. We love Croyde, and Cat's place is a big part of that for us. Peaceful, private, clean and we always feel at home. The apartment is lovely, and the location is great. We'll be back again for sure!

Great location in the centre of Woolacombe, with all the amenities close to hand. The property was easy to find and access and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended and would stay here again without hesitation.

Truly stunning apartment and perfect for my stay - loved the style and space much. Oh and a jacuzzi bath tub was a lovely surprize. Only thing I'd say is there's no number on the door so we had to kind of guess which door it was - I may have missed some instructions though

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Well located for centre of town and also the hospitals. A really lovely comfortable well equipped and stylish apartment. Anna Lisa was very responsive to any queries responding straight away which was great .

I am very happy to have spent more than two weeks in Oliver's house, and I am very grateful for Tommy's help during this time. The stay experience was great. The house is close to the city center, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is also very close. The house is well-equipped and quiet at night. The bed is very comfortable, and I like to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery. Everything has been going very smoothly during this period, and Oliver is always able to respond to all questions in a timely manner. For example, when I checked in and found that the washing machine was not working, he quickly came to check and replaced it with a new one. Thanks so much.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

Our intention was to spend a memorable family holiday together and Catherine’s place helped us to achieve that. The flat is spacious for 6 and as it is open plan, was perfect for our 1 yr old grandson to navigate safely. We had everything we needed and enjoyed lots of great meals together around the lovely dining table. The weather was variable, but it didn’t stop us having a fantastic time visiting different places in the area. Catherine is a super host and Mortehoe a beautiful Devonshire village.

We stayed for 4 nights..the apartment was as described located in a modern block We appreciated the upper floor for the views(there are some rooftops in front so not full sea view but you definitely get to see the sea) The apartment had everything you needed -very well kitted out Excellent heating system -a constant temperature in October (too warm if anything) We used the pool once -a nice added bonus -small pool but we had it all to ourself Not far to walk into Bude and some stunning coastal cliff top walks nearby A very pleasant stay!!

We absolutely loved this place. It is a beautifully appointed conversion of a basement space in an elegant house. The finish is exceptional, with soft fluffy towels and luxury bedlinen. The kitchen has everything you can need and we were treated to some scones with jam and clotted cream on arrival. The location is quiet with an easy walk to a country pub nearby. We will definitely aim to stay here again on our next visit

Rachel's place is a fabulous place to stay and Rachel is a great host. The property is always clean and tidy , uncluttered with high quality, stylish but comfortable decor and furnishings. Lounge/kitchen/diner area feels light and airy with plenty of space. The property is well equipped for catering, games, huge TV, good wifi, fabulous shower room. Big comfortable bed, bath robes. Feels so luxurious! Location is wonderful. Feels away from it all, peaceful with lovely views but is very close to amazing places to visit, beaches, Barnstaple, lots of good restaurants. Rachel is friendly, welcoming and very informative and efficient in all communications and approachable when we wanted help or information. She was very flexible about our changing arrival plans. Her Alpacas are a delight to watch and treats are supplied for feeding them to make friends! Parking space is right next to the steps up to the apartment. We love the area and Rachel's place is perfect to relax in and explore

We had one night stay at this place. It's a very beautiful location with a very kind and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The host was very responsive and took care of our requests. Thank you for the hot tub, it was so relaxing after the very long drive.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a fantastic time. The accommodation was clean and tidy, the views were delightful. the children enjoyed playing in the games room, meeting the animals and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were kind, friendly and engaging and made our stay a delight.

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location for the beach and 10 mins to the village with some lovely pubs. Hot tub was blissful. Tess was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

An absolutely perfect stay, literally wouldn't change a single thing about the apartment. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had everything we needed during our stay. Its a modern space with absolutely breathtaking views. Michelle as a host was perfect, really helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!
