My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The Grapevine Getaway is a 30ft Modern Camper nestled in the woods. Sleeps 2 adults (Queen size bed) & 2-3 children (full size sleeper sofa) comfortably. Full deck, table, chairs & BBQ grill included. Relax around the campfire (firewood provided)or take in the views with our walking path. Plenty of off-road / private parking. A cozy cottage located on a rural crossroad right in the heart of the finger lakes. Just off the wine trail with wineries close by. 15 min from watkins glenn and 5 min from dundee. The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.
