A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

The Loft at Canbyfield, is a newly converted, self-contained, first-floor studio apartment and is located on an arable and livestock farm between the villages of Seagrave and Sileby. It enjoys a tranquil, rural setting where guests can enjoy watching and listening to a variety of wildlife and farming activities. We are well-placed for access to Leicester, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Nottingham. At Canbyfield, we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome and enjoyable stay for guests.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Kick back and relax in this Cosy Cottage, own Garden with Fire Pit and outdoor furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 2 single beds that can join together to make a comfy double bed. In Walking Distance to two Friendly pubs, a lovely Indian restaurant and lovely cafe a 2 minute walk. Surrounded by a lovely village featuring lots of walking paths and a Brooke.

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

Lord Monty Foxton is your host at his holiday pod, Coplow, where he resides to escape fox hunters. His countryside retreat is full to the brim of quirky decor and artefacts from his travels around the world. The eclectic pod is a feast for the eyes and a celebration of all things eccentric. At the end of the day Lord Foxton loves nothing more than a relaxing soak in his wood fired hot tub and you’re invited to join him for this luxurious experience.

Situated in the beautiful countryside of rural Leicestershire, this modern converted stable will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your surroundings, whilst staying in a contemporary guesthouse. The property includes complimentary tea and coffee, and the free use of a Nespresso machine, sky TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A Tesla/EV charger is also available to use at extra cost. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to stay!

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy

Cosy cottage in peaceful location

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.
