Great visit for a family get away!

Very close to lots of food and the fun of downtown Nashville. Love the Christmas decorations in the house! Love the hot tub! The house was wonderfully spacious and felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Wow - what a place! Very clean, just like the photos. The gaming space was awesome, as well as the outdoor space.We loved the cut walking path for listening to the birds. Several bathrooms which was nice too. It was very quiet and comfortable. It was a perfect stay for us! Lots of parking and a nice little carport too

Exceeded my expectations! The house is huge, perfect for large groups. This time it was just my boyfriend and I, we definitely plan to visit again both with a group and just us. There are several social areas, inside and outside. The coffee bar was amazing, hot tub is well maintained and very clean, fire pit was well-stocked with wood, the game room was inviting and fun. The pool table needs some reupholstering since there is a sizable tear on it but was still a blast. The location is secluded enough to feel private especially since it is on top of a hill. It was easy to find and so close to brown county shops and state park and Bloomington. You will not get bored! We did not want to leave and will be back time and time again!

What a fantastic place to stay. If you are interested in history and architecture- to see Irwin Gardens, the Pei designed library and the Saarinen First Christian church out of the living room windows !!!!-priceless. The wraparound front porch was so nice to sit on in the evenings. In town for a family reunion-we went on the architectural shuttle tour (leaves from the visitors Center a block away) which everyone enjoyed. Elizabeth was kind and responsive and accommodations very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had some trouble checking in (it was a computer program problem and not the hosts fault), but the host was very gracious and apologized profusely. The problem was an easy fix and afterward we had no trouble. Our stay was very pleasant. Jennifer suggested an adorable, old-fashioned soda fountain, Zaharakos. 5 stars, for sure. All in all, a nice place to stay and a wonderful host!

The building was great! it was very clean, the host was communicative, and the space was cute. Despite being clean, the building had a little bit of a stuffy, old home smell, but it was a charming old home. 😆

Spacious, clean and quiet. Close to all of the downtown architecture and happenings.

I had booked a week, and I arrived during a massive rain storm. Jay's messages to me were great about accessing the lock and the rooms were lovely. When I arrived and looked around, there is a fence in the backyard that collapsed from the storm and fell toward the patio set. I notified Jay of this, and later on that evening, I noticed that the main light in the kitchen over the table did not work. I reached out to Jay to let him know about this and gave him a time the following day that I would be away to come in and replace it. Jay responded he lived on the other side of town, and there was severe flooding, so he wouldn't be able to that day, but he never responded after the flooding had subsided to replace the bulb in the light fixture. I ended up using the lights over the countertop as my kitchen lights for the entire stay.

Highly recommend: - very comfy bed - great shower and pressure - kitchen stocked well - clean - quiet neighborhood, felt safe - clear instructions - responsive host - iris’s and peonies almost blooming!

It was our second time here and everything was great just like last time! Michael is very responsive and even helped us out by bringing a card table to use. He makes everything easy!

This place was a nice, clean and comfy home away from home. Although we only stayed one night, it was so comfy and spacious we will definitely try to book it for future, longer visits!

I’ve stayed at this location before but this time I had to book it late and Jay accommodated the request which I appreciate. Another great stay!!
