Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The cottage is next to our house and is a cosy, well equipped place to stay for either a commuter mid week or someone wanting to escape for country walks or bicycle rides. It has a small paved terrace for admiring the view. It is within a mile of Pitt Hall Barn, also close to Oakley Hall, Highclere Castle and Newbury Racecourse to name but a few. A private and extremely comfortable furnished converted barn in a quiet rural and beautiful setting. The barn has its own entrance with an open-plan sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen. Please let us know if you would like any breakfast, but we will leave milk tea and coffee. Comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and single room with ensuite upstairs. We can add an extra futon for a child in the single room so the whole space can fit a family of four.
