The villas are well fitted out with reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, oven and cooktop, microwave and large refrigerator.

We think we have the best of both worlds here in Martyn Lane - all the pleasures of country life with quick and convenient access to the beaches and towns of South Gippsland.

Relax and unwind at The Landing. The bungalow is located on the beautiful Bass river where you can watch the tide come in and go out from the porch. Listen and watch the abundance of flora and fauna, catch a fish for dinner or go on an adventurous kayak for the explorers. The bungalow is a 1 bedroom space with a comfy fold out sofa in the lounge room. It can fit up to 4 people comfortably.
