It is right smack in the middle between the 2 checkpoints and full of amenities around the area. The place is quiet and feel safe with security. The host Marcus is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Angie’s Cottage stunning Airbnb, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering a serene escape while still being conveniently close to local amenities. The house itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Communication with Angie was seamless throughout our stay and she was always quick to respond to any questions. Our stay at Angie’s Cottage Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this wonderful retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable getaway.

It’s a peaceful place to stay and the residential area are easy to get food. The house is clean and water pressure is string enough too.

We had a great 3 nights. The house is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities for AirBnb guests. Clean, spacious, well equipped and even smells great! We definitely will return when we are in JB again.

Flexible check in and responsive host. The place matches its description and really big. Comes with extra foldable bed and pillows to be used. The location however was bit tricky to get to the house (kept showing the closed entrance) and had to turn around few times to find the main entrance but super easy if you find it during daylight. Definitely worth the money as it can fit a lot of people at one time.

Angies was really a good host and very prompt in responding to our needs. She went the extra mile to get playmat for my baby and ensured the things we need are at the house before we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely love to visit again soon!:) thank you Angies!

This is great place for families to get together and chill, spend time together and travel out for activities. The house is strategically placed amongst nice places to eat and shop. House is big, clean and the biggest room can likely sleep about 8 people. Place feels safe as it is in a gated community. All guests vehicles are registered will need to have their license and picture taken. Sounds like a very good security policy put in place. We had some minor issues with one of the room's aircon not being cold. What surprised me was the responsiveness of the host, they replied at 2am and got people to help at 9am next morning! Impressive! One of us also locked ourselves out and the host came down right away to help us. Rest assured, this host knows what they are doing. Well done!

I had a fantastic stay at Maila’s place! My flight landed earlier than expected, and Maila was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture made my arrival smooth and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a unit in Sky Garden, Batam, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in & Communication: The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in process. They were always available to answer any questions, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The Unit: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment, especially after a day of exploring Batam.

We stayed at Premium 2 BR Apartment Dec 6-13,2024. The location is great, near 3 MRT stations, Chinatown, Maxwell, Telok Ayer. Minimart near by, many good restaurants around the apartment, all within walking distance. You can go to Chinatown Point, OG People's park,Lao Pa Sat food centre about 10 min walk. The apartment is exactly the same as pictures at the platform. All basic kitchen utensils, electric kettle, hair dryer, hanger, TV, sofa, towel are all provided. You can also wash and dry your clothes using washer & dryer at front desk with 5$ each. Our apartment is at 2nd floor, same as front desk. For 3rd and 4th floor, there is lift, so no need to worry if you bring large suitcases or travel with elder people. We didn't meet our host Chen Chen herself, but we communicate very well. She is very responsive and informative. The staff at front desk,Criscel,is also very helpful during our stay. Over all this is very satisfying experience.Will stay here again next time

두번째 이용했습니다. 시설도 좋고 응답도 빠르고 차이나타운이 바로 옆에 있어서 그쪽으로 다니기 좋습니다. 지하철역도 두군데가 가깝고 택시를 부르기도 편합니다. 다만 1층에 있는 펍에서 들리는 소음이 조금 불편했습니다. 평상시에는 불편할 정도의 소음은 아니었지만 2번정도 11시 반 넘어서까지 우퍼사운드가 있었습니다. 아마 F1레이싱 주간이라 사람들이 많아서 늦게까지 파티가 있었던 것으로 추측하는데 이에 대한 정보가 미리 없던것이 아쉽습니다. 이를 제외하면 숙소 자체의 환경이나 시설은 너무 좋습니다. 특히 클럽이나 펍을 즐기려는 분들에게는 좋은 위치이기도 합니다.

Great location, responsive host. We were allowed an early check in, which was appreciated arriving in the morning after 36 hours of traveling. Chinatown has many things to see. The MRT is just a few minutes away and will easily take you to most points of interest in Singapore.

Amazing location and a nice place.

Our stay was great—thank you, Chen Chen, for hosting us! It’s not a 5-star hotel, but it’s got all the essentials to keep you alive and happy. The location is unbeatable—in the heart of Chinatown, just a minute from the market and metro. The apartment had three AC units, hot water, and a stove with a rather “minimalist” collection of kitchenware. It’s not going to win any interior design awards, but it gets the job done. Check-in could’ve been smoother. We arrived at 5 am, but thankfully I’d asked for our room number ahead of time—avoiding a game of “guess the door.” As for towels, well, none were in the room initially, but we discovered a stash in a cupboard on the staircase. There was a polite sign asking guests to check with reception for towels, but after a long flight, we decided to take matters—and towels—into our own hands. Overall, a good value stay in a fantastic location!

We had a great stay at Victor’s place! It’s perfect for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and relaxing by the water. While we didn’t manage to catch any fish, it was still a fun experience—just remember to bring your own fishing gear for the best results. The area is peaceful and great for a chill getaway. Getting a Grab was no issue, and we even managed to order GrabFood without any problems. Would definitely recommend for a quiet and cozy retreat.
