A gravel drive leads to the property where you'll have a concrete parking place and a step-free, pavestone walkway to the front door of the apartment. Rest soundly on a queen size Tuft n Needle mattress in a bedroom with room darkening shades and various pillows to satisfy your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, 2 smart TVs.

We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Full size kitchen. In ground salt water pool (in season), Hot tub outside. Fire pit, with wood and roasting sticks furnished. Murphy Bed in living room. Lots of outdoor seating on patio with tables. Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.
